Wieght depends on your strength levels somebody can take 2.5kg jumps/5kg/10kg jumps main point is your do 4-5 sets of 10 reps and decrease wieght every time on each exercise.

Weight does matter, in pyramid training it doesn't matter weight is relative to strength
