Ty for your great videos:) i want to build an adjustable welding table and got a lot of inspiration now:) your project helps me a lot, especially because i wanted to copy the dimensions of the handy 1200 and now i can use them from your sketch. But i think i will keep it simple with a normal hydraulic jack.
I've had my CRF250L on there with a full tank of gas, so that's roughly 330 lbs, and I've been on there with it, so that's 530lbs total. I've not had more on there so I can't rightly say. Depending on the size of air bag you use, the thickness of the bed material and how you support it underneath, the size of the stock you use for the legs, the pins, the bearings, etc... all contribute. I guess one way to put it is, I don't put my '81 Goldwing up on it, nor would I. This lift was mainly built so I could work on older vintage bikes like my XL125 and my C70, though as I mentioned, I used it to get my CRF down out of the back of my truck with me on it. Your mileage may vary, but for me, I feel safe up to around 500 - 600lbs.
Thank you very much and greetings from Argentina
Thanks a lot. This have been my winter project.
That's excellent firepilot3!

@@lucianosa87 Thanks!
Understanding your not an ME, but what would you estimate the lift's max capacity?

Thanks. Hard to tell but Handy struts appear to be 3”, maybe 3”x 1.5” 3/16ths wall. Great work. My BMWs weigh nearly 600lbs.
excellent your platform friend, I will make one, do you have the link where you bought the air bag?
I included it in the series of videos of the fabrication! Check my channel and the playlist!
Amigo cuanto mide estando abajo y cuanto mide estando arriba????
How much weight will it lift
The most I've had on it is me (200lbs) and my CRF250L (450lbs) at the stable time.
If double the thickness and size of metal lift full dress Harley?
