Good comparison! I think that the TD 02k is fine, also you can use it with SSD or EZDrummer and for practice in your drum is perfect.
Talking about price, i'd go with TD 02k, i liked the sounds even more!

No point. Mesh heads from any TD-DMK will outplay the 02. Seriously. I myself got the TD1-DMK and the feeling is quite close to an acoustic one. In fact many pros use the DMK for daily practice!!!!

Does the TD-07 DMK have a side-stick sound? or is it only snare body sounds?

Yes. The mesh heads on the TD07 have dual-zones for rimshots. Also, the TD02KV is updated to replace the snare with the same dual-zone pad, and it's priced right in between these two models.

These kits have come on a fair way since the td3 and 6. I had a td4 for a while too which was cool

TD 07's unique full tone with bass intensity is very good, I think I will buy TD 07.

Hi I am buying this set TD-07DMK and bringing it on a plane, do you think this will fit on a big suitcase? Mostly I am worried about the rack height, will the longer stick of the rack fit on a suitcase?

You need to fully break it down and it’ll fit! I sold my last electric kit with an IKEA bag lol
