I noticed that the streets are extremely clean in Azerbaijan. I’ve seen it in a few other blogger’s Baku videos as well. The people are calm, polite, and very well mannered.

in our village not far from Baku there is a Kutaby house where kutabs are sold for 0.30 kopecks. We buy 10-20 pieces of the most delicious of the insides of a sheep
As someone from Baku, when we go shopping or simply walking we always dress up, that's why sometimes it doesn't go beyond tourist vibe. If you want something more native like, you could always go to outskirts of Baku like Ahmadli or Khalglar
Carrie ended up ordering a Qutab and Dovga. Really Yum but wasn’t that spicy..hahahaa.Tastes like a thin pastie..Thank you for introducing Azerbaijani cuisine.. Oh tried a sugar cube with black coffee, tastes quite good..

Usually, there are two types of Qutab: Göy Qutab, a.k.a Kətə, which is made with greens (like dill, coriander, spinach, parsley, sorrel, etc.), and Qarın Qutabı, or simply Qutab, which is traditionally made with beef tripe (along with onions and spices)
