Peter if I lived round the corner I would be there helping out 100%, with knowledge comes massive respect and to Steve beautiful build 👍👍👍 but I still can’t get rid of my scalextric 🤣🤣🤣
I've truly enjoyed all of your videos as well as your work. I wished I lived near, I would have no problem spending the money to have you do work on my car.
Kc S. It’ll happen once Steve’s setup is fully ready for it! 👌🤘 We went silly with it after the setup of the sub, but it was very late and we were tired to record anything plus we’d need a woman 👩 with long hair! 😃🤣
Hybrid Audio X6's in the dash? PUKE!!!! LMAO....you know I'm kidding!!!! Please tell him I am sincerely joking! I would love to hear this! And I just convinced Brianna that upgrading from the L2SE's to the L4SE's was the logical choice. Now of course she wants to put our L6SE's in dash instead of the kicks or under the seats! Well at least it's a Scion xB....I'm pretty sure I can get them in there. The only thing is I'm supposed to be healing from my spine surgery!!!! God....I simply love this build. It's FUN! I love the doors having the secondary preset "Parking Lot Concert" LOL. If there's anyone that knows SQ it's you and if you can build cars like this that can be serious when needed plus then have a blast to enjoy it, why can others just do the same? Peter is now the Mandolorian of SQ and FUN...."This is the way."
Can you tell us more about the Mudorf tweeters ? Why did Steven choose them what does he like vs soft domes or Belly tweeters. I'm aware of the dispersion characteristics and need to properly place them but very curious about perceived sonic advantages or just cool to be different ? It seems once you commit to a full format tweeter size the choices are unlimited would be very curious to know your impression of these.
Redephant he’s certainly one of those who like to be different, just like me, hence it’s just another reason why he’s a team member! We never want to follow mainstream shit, always try different things and options, that’s the only way to learn and get better! 💪👌 I’d happily use these Mundorf tweets in any setup upto £500-600 budget for a pair of tweets as they are certainly doing something very well! Very transparent & detailed what i like, but possibly not for the “laidback” character lovers! 🔊🔊
Jadad Nathaniel i had my amps like that for several years in a similarly crazy bass setup and there’s not a single issue to worry about! We build installs to bulletproof, nothing rattles & moves here, so no need to worry! 💪🤘
What is the plan to permanently mount the tweeters? Is there enough room on A pillars to bring them out that far within competition rules? Peter, does one have to be on your team to wear that shirt? I want one, it's badass!
Colby Dolby pods will be bolted to the pillar frame, but they’ll be pretty much at the same place. Yes, only those can get a T-shirt & sticker who get a system from me, sorry! 😃
@@pssound9749 will do 👌🏻 And thanks for the awsome content as always. All the time, effort and quality you put in your work is surely appreciated, keep it up 😊👍🏻
@@pssound9749 as I said, one method/ way of doing it 😉 hardly any different from running wire into a more conventional grommet setup on an older car etc
@@pssound9749 I am certain you already know about this recording but if not give California Project by Papa Doo Run Run a listen. They are a Beach Boys cover band but the sound is phenomenal.
The best sq car audio channel on yt😎
Most definitely!

Nearly every time I watch your build you come up with something crazy 😁 well done Peter 👏 I always want to see more of your builds 🙂
Steve,Peter the car sounds amazing, a pleasure to listen to, an amazing job.
Mark Jackson have u heard it yet? 😃
@@pssound9749 yeah sounds completely different to before
Mark Jackson anything sounds completely different after proper tuning, let alone installing good speakers properly! 😃
You should do a Shaker installation video!
This is insane. Please bring this car stateside. I would give my left one up to hear this. Lol

Orland Ferguson where do u live?
We need a good flex video of this monster 24, please, please, please.

Maybe you can do a video on bass shakers how to install properly

it's lovely. my one concerning is that the vibration from the sub will loosen the screws on the amp to cause a rattle
Jadad Nathaniel then just use loctite! 😃
respect bro. !!sorry for the person that has to repair that amp!!

Beautiful build and those tweeter are incredible! can someone tell me the name of the song in the background?
Love these videos, can i ask what Mundorf tweeter models these are in both the doors and pods?
Stogie 47 i’d have to figure out as these are kinda pre-production test versions.
What best bass shakers u recommend from shaker center or any where, are buttkicker better they go really low
Patreon is a great idea, show Me the dotted line

Turn up the beat. Not fair you get to hear this and we left to wonder
Offerald fitzgerald jr next time when we have time. 👌
Did you guys run new wires into the doors? And if so how 🙂
Gressi 99 ask Steve, but i’m sure he had to! 👌

😊👍🏻
One method is to drill out empty spots in the door loom plugs, then feed speaker cable through that way, into the doors Gressi 99 😄
Jordan Crawford end then when you need to take the doors off for something, you’re screwed! 😃

Any electrical upgrades to this car?

Are Pit, is Steve still using the joying HU? How has it hold up after a year or two?
Hi, we have quite few in use and they seem to work just fine.
Demo? 👀
