- Self-care isn't just bath bombs and face masks (although it can be!). Self-care really encompasses all of the things we do for ourselves to ensure that we are the happiest and healthiest that we can be. Sometimes those are fun and relaxing, but sometimes they're hard work and require self-discipline.
In this video I've tried to include a mix - some of these ways are easier, some are harder, but all are effective ways to practice self-care!

We have a whole swimming complex up the road we hardly go to I just mentioned to my partner yesterday that we should go for a spa or something before we have to move out of the area
I find I feel better if I wake up early too this morning I woke up at 1:30am and have spent the day productively sorting out and clearing out our flat cause we have to move everything out even though we have nowhere to move to yet 😟
I understand I have to change my sheets often but my mattress is so thick and I sleep on a bunkbed wish makes it hard to put the sheets on. I would have a total arm workout from doing my sheets. XD
