I'm testing out Monarch and none of my rollover amounts allow me to "Move Budget" into or out of a category. Is there a setting you know of that is preventing me from doing this? Great videos by the way.
Hmm..off the top of my head, I have no idea why it's not letting you - I've never experienced that before. Is it with all of your categories or just rollover categories? I would try logging out, logging back in. Make sure you're selecting on the red/green bubble for a category, not for the total/group section. If that still doesn't work, I would send a message to customer service to see what's happening.
@@SlimTimmy Try this. Use the app version and see if it lets you move money, then refresh the desktop version and see if it then lets you move money. That's what I did and now it lets me on any laptop/desktop via the non-app version also.
@@SlimTimmy I reached out to MM and they said it is an issue they are aware of and fixing. I have a couple of clients that have had the same issue, but it has now been fixed for them.
