He called first and yet they wanted it in writing. That's when inspectors should have gone to the funeral home unannounced.

Right, he did his part now step up and do yours. These are some serious allegations that need immediate attention. & how many times did he notify the appropriate parties, and they’re not taking action because he himself didn’t fill out their stupid form? All complaints should be documented and one as severe as this should be escalated to higher officials. Smh.. Unbelievable

🙄all they do is ,while everyone is there watching, they lower the casket into the ground and as soon as everyone leaves the gravesite,, they either dump the body or creamate🔥 it,then take the casket back to the store that they sold it from to resell it to keep making money again.💰...all they leave there is the tombstone or rock so people can think there loved ones are still laying in that spot 🤦smh,,sad what folks believe.....these people are making money off of caskets and stones...some people just don't have brains to ask themselves,,🤔now how could that many caskets year after decades of being stacked into the ground,,fit into the same area? We know how big caskets are and how much space they take up..🤨do ya really think they keep those there?...Ive drove by gravesites before when no one was there and have seen tractors digging locations of the yard.....

My grandmother was born in 1910. I remember hearing the story about her father, who was a plasterer tradesman, and was hired to do some concrete work at a well known local funeral home in town. He witnessed the owner out in the back of the funeral parlor, where the deceased bodies were received. He saw the owner and an employee, remove the covering off of the corpse on a gurney, and use an outdoor garden hose and hosed the corpse down before bringing it inside. My great-grandfather went home that night and told great-grandma "when I die, don't you dare let "____" take my body!!!". Grandma said when he died, this funeral home director contacted them and tried to get their "business" (they actually did this back then, solicit widows, family of the departed, to get the body). My great-grandma said "No". When a young new up and coming funeral home Director called and asked her "please" to be picked as the funeral home, she said yes. Grandma said they were very respectful, and did a wonderful job with her father's body. You see he was coming home from work and his car overturned on a sharp bend in the road, very near to home. His head was crushed... and my grandmother was a young teenager, and the neighbors came and said "your Dad is wrecked down the road". She ran down with several others and saw his dead body. Our family kept with this funeral home for great-grandma, grandma, her brother, my grandfather and my Dad.

I was thinking the same. I used to work in a hospital years ago as a CNA. Me and another CNA had to take a body down to the morgue. When we opened the door to the morgue we both saw an infant that was wrapped laying on a guerny. My coworker got tempted to unwrap the blanket so she could see the infant's face. I told her not to do it because she may see something she couldn't handle that might haunt her for the rest of her life, and she stopped and thought about what I said and didn't do it.

Anyway, she said he didn't fill out the paperwork to file a formal complaint. BUT, they are investigating it, regardless. When you have to speak up about things that are wrong, you loose in the beginning but in the end, you will win and whatever the situation was that you had to bring forth it wasn't in vain. This is so sad and disturbing.

He’s taking a huge risk by doing this I commend him for his bravery, both to be working in that field and for speaking out....That’s why in other countries families bury their loved one themselves because if folks are disrespectful to the living why would they be respectful to the dead??? It’s all about the money, over $10,000 a body I was told....

My mother was one of their victims. It’s disgusting that the state of Nevada did nothing in terms of stepping in, not just suspending them. But holding them criminally liable and providing restitution to the families who have lost their loved ones. I did not receive my mother’s alleged remains until six months after her passing, which involved me having to get an attorney to have them deliver her alleged remains to me. I know for a fact that those are not my mother’s remains. It was her wish to be cremated. It doesn’t take six months to have a family member cremated, especially when she had preplanned her cremation. It is absolutely deplorable that to this day, the owners of this establishment have left the state and there has been no accountability enforced by the state of Nevada, to put out warrants for the owners and have them extradited to Nevada to face criminal charges, felonious criminal charges. To all the other families that have had to endure this nightmare, on top of the loss of your loved one. My heart goes out to you. There is absolutely no excuse for what these people have done.
