- Annie bravely shares her story with Wigs for Kids. She was diagnosed with Alopecia and as a result of the disease suffered from hair loss. Through hair donation, and your financial support Wigs for Kids is able to create wigs made from real hair. These custom hair replacement systems look just like a child’s natural hair, allowing kids like Annie to feel themselves again and get their confidence back.

What a courageous and beautiful young girl. I wish you good health, much love and happiness in your future. xxx
you are a Brave young woman. my Daughter just entered the Wigs 4 Kids program she has had Alopecia for 12 years she will be 16 this summer she has just dealt with it and this year is the first time she wont have to worry about hiding or being self conscious about her hair. When she was 10 she wanted to do Beauty pageants and I let her do them to help build confidence and help her feel beautiful with her alopecia I styled her hair hiding the spots than when things progressed we used tape ins to cover and she got a pageant stylist. She did win some pageants and was Jr. Miss State Ambassador 2016 -2017 and Talent Ultimate Supreme she never let her alopecia hold her back. She is now nearly bald I am so thankful that Wigs for Kids was there for her when I could do nothing to help. She will have her wig in time for her drivers permit photo. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH wigs for kids
