How to get konjac particles from Konjac liquid?

Today we would like to introduce to you a production line for making granules using Konjac as an example, which covers two machines: a centrifugal spray dryer and a fluid bed granulator.
First, the fermented konjac liquid is stirred in a stirring tank so that the liquid components become uniform.
After obtaining a uniform konjac fermented liquid, this key liquid is sent to a centrifugal spray dryer to get powder
Next, the konjac powder is fed into a fluidized bed granulator for granulation.
Through the close cooperation of a centrifugal spray dryer and boiling granulator, we successfully transformed konjac from fermentation liquid into high-quality granular products.
