Today I will show you a test video of our company's fluidized bed granulator. The test material is konjac flour. Fluidized bed granulators can granulate powdered materials that need to improve fluidity, and solubility, or facilitate subsequent processing. The air is sucked by the negative pressure of the variable frequency speed regulating induced draft fan, flows into the base through the primary and secondary efficiency filters, heat exchangers, high-efficiency filters, and air supply ducts, and enters the fluidized bed granulation chamber through the air flow release plate, agitating and boiling the materials in the raw material container into a fluidized state, and mixing and drying are carried out at the same time.
