I doubt it will change mutch of anything even if streamer gyms become more popular becouse the ppl or girls mostly if were to be honest that set up there cameras in a gym is only doing it to catch guys looking in there general direction or for there OF and none of the bs would fly in that type of gym, Even if the OF streamers wanted i highely doubt that they would be allowed into that gym. So this type of gym would be more for none OF streamers and would also give them a chans to work out without having randoms recording them or taking pictures. But yeah it would for sure make it alot easier for the regular streamers to bring in cameras without it being seen as wierd by the regular gym ppl.

She didn't teach good form though. If she taught her how to retract her shoulder blades, brace her abs, drive with her legs, and explode up on the concentric, she could've easily pressed the bar. Any healthy adult with movable limbs is able to do that weight. It's just about getting the form right before doing so. Such a simple thing too that every trainer should know so I was surprised she didn't.

No idea who you are, girl. I randomly stumbled upon these gym videos ans I scrolled through workout videos. I myself am in the military for 8 years, so I've been slim and athletic the whole time. But only in the last 6 months have I started going to the gym every week. Keep up the good work! All I can say is - eat more, drink a lot of water with electrolytes/ drink water half an hour before the gym session aswell. But most importantly - get decent nights sleep, ans that's when the actual growth happens! Good luck and it was very motivational to see these gym videos as I remember how confused I was when I first started the gym journey.

Brings back memories of starting karate, when I had to learn every little movement, lol. So frustrating starting out, but it becomes natural quickly! I would love to train in boxing as well. Such a different way to use legs in stances compared to karate. I don't actually enjoying fighting people, but I love learning various styles.
For bench press, I found it helpful to focus hard on using my back and chest, and thinking less about my arms. I started out at about 85 pounds, and jumped pretty quickly in my first-year gains to 175 pounds (I also went from body weight 140 to 170 pounds in that time). It really does feel amazing when you see your lifting start to level up.

The only way I know how to describe it is that my arm is trying to rip itself apart or twist itself off. Since Emi is skinny and a sedentary, I will say that this video was inspiring because I know how much I strugled when I started training. I was just like that. Please, keep up to inspire other people that watches you to go out and do the same! It's OK to strugle at the beginning.

Don't forget your protein for muscle recovery and growth! Shakes are an easy way to get a good serving in. If you like coffee, a home-made protein coffee latte can taste amazing AND give protein. Win-win.
