Seriously, Charlie Olives is such a great guy. Never used to pay attention to him until his build up to Tony. His humility and respect just creates such an inspiring aura. He is exactly what Khabib, Anderson Silva and GSP were - humble and kind outside the cage, absolute apex predators inside the cage.
He shook Chandler's hand, and gave him the additional left hand to elbow and right hand to arm pat! What a gentleman. Chandler and Dariush great guys too. Tony though will love you after he fights and forms that bond with you, win or lose.

The further you go up in UFC the less speed, footwork, timing and overall agility matter which are the first things to go in an athlete as they age. Jan has improved though, but I think it's more due to his mindset than physical attributes
