Khashlama on beer - a Caucasian dish. Simple and very hearty dish, and to prepare it - just nothing to do, put all the ingredients one by one in a suitable bowl and put on the fire.
Ingredients:
beef on the bone - 1.5 kg
beef flesh - 1 kg
eggplants, sweet pepper - 0.5 kg each
tomatoes, onions - 1 kg each
potatoes - 2 kg
cilantro, basil - one bundle each
light beer - 1 liter
beef broth - 1 liter
garlic - 1 head
chili pepper - 1 pod
salt, pepper, oregano - to taste
