Rickey, I think it's a great idea 4 Michael Sterling 2 be ur show's official Legal Correspondent. 🔥 The higher court approved Jussie's release pending an appeal because he would've completed his 150-day sentence before the appeal process would be complete.
He didn't have 2 put any money down on that $150K personal recognizance bond as he agreed 2 appear 4 the next court hearing. I guess the bigger question is it even legal 2 retry a person 4 a crime when the initial charges were dropped & a fine or bond paid. 👀 🤷🏽 Definitely would be great 2 hear Mike's feedback on ur show re: Jussie's case.
