the edges of the leather are light blue, making the entire shoe look blue. Also, the sole looks more like a peach color, making the blue stand out more. The shoe is not as a neutral tone as i thought they were. might return them honestly.

It's normal, the color of the leather somehow has light blue tint if exposed to a bright light. But honestly it's not a big deal to me.

Do that Bro if you're not happy about the quality. To me I would consider it even a unique flaw as it makes the shoe interesting.
Try sun fading them first!

I'm not quite sure on the layers, to me there are no overlapping layers on them that you can cut like other SB dunks.
