The World's Quietest CPAP Is _______ (not what you'd think)

We're putting the argument of the quietest CPAP in the world to bed by testing ResMed's AirSense 11, AirSense 10, the Luna G3 and the Apex XT CPAP machines.

At a certain point, it doesn't really matter. I've used the Resmed 10 and currently the 11. No matter if in a hotel sharing the room with a friend, or in my same bed with a girlfriend, the 11 is not loud enough to bother a soul, so it meets my minimum criteria. I'm just wondering if the Airmini would be too loud in a hotel situation but it's easy enough taking my 11 on trips with its great carry case.

The AirMini is around 30 dBA, which is around the same noise level as someone whispering nearby. It shouldn't bother whoever's sleeping in the hotel room with you unless they are really noise sensitive. It actually sounds a bit like white noise to other people.

Suggestion for a future video, with resmed10 crowned as a winner here, would be great to see what is the quietest mask for it

great video, very informative. Would be interested to see a travel comparison, but which also included the hacks that are available for the Resmed Air-mini that claim to deal with the excess air release noise that comes from the exhalation ports where the humidix sits.

@@RespShop Yes i have seen that but i am interested in hearing what it sounds like with the hacks applied (in a reduced noise environment) unless you have a recording of it you would be willing to send thorugth to me :)
