My first ever bike is a 2017 S1000R which I bought in March, it's my dream bike and I love it to bits, not to mention it also has all the electronics like CC, Heated grips, up and down quick shifter, auto blip, pit limiter, electronic suspension. I think I'll forever ride BMWs just because of how easy and nice it is.

Get a dirtbike 1st so u can understand shifting and braking... Find you a 250 4-stroke and ride! Then when you're ready, get the sportbike of your choosing!

Nice review, I felt the same way about the S1K "soul", it feels very mechanical to me, like if I gave the bike a name it would have to be named after a cyborg rather than something like a james bond girl.
I really don't agree with the value score though, the RSV4 though a touch behind in tech is soooo much bike for the money, you can get an RSV4 factory AND a dedicated slightly older track bike for the price of the s1km.... awesome bike, but deff not scoring high in the "value" catagory for me.

Yes they cater to everyone but for raw power and to enjoy more for experienced riders, for me, it is the 2023 ninja zx10r.

I’m guessing sponsors, most UA-camrs make income from those for sure, and he definitely has a side job other then UA-cam
I probably wouldn't give any superbike higher than a 6 or 7 in comfort... Unless that is relative to only other superbikes. Honestly the older superbikes are way more comfortable. I have ridden an 08 blade, and its ten times more comfortable than a 22 or 23 blade. Same is true of the r1 and zx10 as i have sat on old ones and new ones. Idk why they make new superbikes so uncomfortable. I don't think its necessary for performance and i don't want to do a front plank the entire ride. Thats why i prefer middleweight bikes, and they are easier to turn imo.

Doing a test ride on the S1000RR on friday, it's my dream bike but I'm lowkey scared that I'm too short. Stood next to the bike and was like... damn this looks a lot higher than my Ninja 650 💀
If you're short you'll be fine. I'm 5'9 and it's fine. If you're any shorter just put one foot on the ground when you stop. I never understood the obsession people have with needing to be able to put both feet on the ground when riding, but maybe that's just coming from me riding dirt bikes since I was young and only being able to put one foot down

Bimmers r good bikes, fast, cheap insurance, 3 year warranty but after a few months of riding they get boring; Ducati in the other hand are the least reliable bikes on the market, unjustifiably expensive and barely faster than bikes half the price; if u have the money do ur self a favor, buy a Yamaha R1, reliable, relatively cheap, just as fast as ANY other bike and nothing sounds better than an R1 , quit trying to impress ur friends❤

40k in what?! Carbon fiber ?!
Titanium bolts were over 6k carbon about 7-10k full exhaust and tuning 6-7k besides ton of other part which quickly add up like 500 on rizoma mirrors over 500 on just my brake master, tail tidy, tail lights, gas cap, front & rear bmw sliders, and thats just on top of my head. Plus bike was actually a couple grand over 40k so im just estimating all together about 80k
@@imkay that exausth and tuning price is outrageous akrapovic it’s the most expensive one and costa 2.5k and the BT 1K that adds up to 3.5k
