I spritz most of my pastes and polishes in the jar each time I use them. If you can thin a product with water, a little spritz of distilled water will help it stay moist.
I've never seen this Technique b4 .. How Cool!! So Beautiful! Definitely wanna try this once my new craft area is finished setting up. Thank You for showing this Technique. 🥰🥰
I’m not a fan of pastes but now want them all and I want to try this technique. All your cards are always breathtaking and I can’t stop staring at them 😍😍😍 Thank you for sharing your talent and your secrets, Susan! 🩵🩵🩵
I was just thinking I need to do the black out technique again, so thank you for the reminder of how it's done. Your latest panel is just gorgeous! I want to use my lunar pastes before they dry out, so hopefully will have something made soon.
Yes, Susan, I LOVE the blackout technique! I use it often, I am right now wanting to use this technique with the pumpkin 3d embossing folder from Spellbinders, I think it is going to be wonderful!!
wow! some time ago, I asked a # of friends to give me their 4 fave colors in order so I could use them for future cards & other craft projects. this will be a gr8 way to make certain when they open the envelope, they think their card is beautiful. ;-)
Wow, these are stunning! I just got, today, my first ever Solar Paste and wasn't sure what to do with them. Now I know what I'll be playing with for some time to come, thank you so much! And thank you for mentioning what happens to them when you don't put plastic wrap over them. That's a mistake I won't make, I'm not sure how fast I'll use these up and I won't have to worry about it. Thank you again!
Hello! I hope you can translate English to French on your app. You can use any color ink, but a contrast color works best. I have seen people use navy, and I have used dark brown. Thank you for your comment.
When it comes to dried up pastes, customer service at Gina K Designs told me that to rejuvinate their glitz glitter gel, I could try putting in a small amount of hand sanitizer, leave it overnight and keep adding until it's soft enough to stir... it worked! Wonder if the same would work for dried up solar paste? I am planning on trying it to any paste I have that's dried up.
That’s a good tip about the hand sanitizer. I had a jar of that Gina K glitz glitter gel that when I first opened was dry. I was VERY happy with how long these Solar Pastes lasted, I think the key is once opened I need to use them more often:)
Use Press and Seal (like glad wrap) to place over the paste before closing lid to keep them longer x
@@laurenfriedman5713 yes, thanks Lauren. I should have done that;)
That is absolutely gorgeous
@@conniewoldstad9942 thanks so much Connie! I appreciate you taking the time to comment!
Try putting cling wrap over the jar before screwing the lid on, to keep it moist.
Yes, thanks. It was almost empty and over a year old, my error.
I spritz most of my pastes and polishes in the jar each time I use them. If you can thin a product with water, a little spritz of distilled water will help it stay moist.
Thanks, it lasted a long time, I should have just used that little bit left at the bottom of the jar;)
That is just WOW! Soo pretty!
Thanks so much, the best part is that it's easy to do!
I've never seen this Technique b4 .. How Cool!! So Beautiful! Definitely wanna try this once my new craft area is finished setting up.
Thank You for showing this Technique. 🥰🥰
Thank you! This technique can be done with so many different products, the ink pad over the embossed image really highlights the details.
