Thanks for the video. Is it true that T90 MS doesn't have an "automatic" fire control system? And what is that mean? This is what I found about its FCS: The Kalina fire control system of the MBT incorporates the multichannel main gunner’s sight consisting of sighting and thermal channels, laser range finder and in-built laser control channel. The fire control system also incorporates parallel sight with dependent sighting channel. The tank can identify targets at a minimum range of 2,000m during day and 1,000m at dusk. The T-90 tank variant also consists of a digital ballistic computer featuring weather and topographical transmitting units and a barrel straightness monitor. The automatic target tracking is autonomously secured from the gunner’s and commander’s stations by implementing gunner-hunter mode.

Reactive armor was actually invented by Israel and the idea was literally stolen by the USSR. Israel also abandoned this armor design in favor of better things.
How could this video gave a score on the T90 against the Merkava on the tank armor when he said that the Merkava's armor is classified. CLASSIFIED MEANS NO ONE OUTSIDE ISRAELI DEFENSE FORCE KNEW HOW THE MERKAVA'S ARMOR PERFORMANCE AND EFFICTIVENESS. 5:5 score was not even real.
I think a thing he forgot to mention is the hull having really no composite armour in sufficient quantity, also t-90m has classified armour as well, not ‘standard’, though I would still stay the t-90m is tougher. He missed a few points so overall they have different doctrines so I’d say they are about equal
The T-90 MS is better then the Merkava, hands down. The Merkava has nearly non existent hull armor to most modern penetrators besides heat since its lack of real composite armor. This thing that the merkava is this well protected tank is just a myth, its one of the weaker modern MBT's in this regard.
T90 is a really good option in open Warfield but in Deep Forest's and for City area's Merkava is the best because of it's multiple weapon's which can be used to strike different enemies at different angles (Positions) at the same time .
The Russians need to improve on the armor penetrating power of their ant-tank weapons, which need to pierce 900 mm of armor, improve metal making skills, and change improve tactics.
Helical spring is better then torsion bar? Really? Or may be it beter in some aspects only? By the way, what kind of version T-90 is this? Characteristics from all versions of T-90 in video, but Merkava only Mk4, lol. This versus is incorrect.
Your sitting on the ammunition in the T-90 just like the T-72, The T-72 is the turret launch champion, and it's reactive armor destroys everything, tank, crew, and anyone nearby
This is the worst comparison I’ve ever seen you only said the merkava mk4 has composite modular armor which proved to be super good but you didn’t say anything about the armor of both tank or about their firepower like how can you compare without those things and plus you forgot to mention that the t90 has only 5 degree gun depression which is horrible
Russians don't plan on fighting within irregular terrains and places. They have other stuff for cities and such. The MBTs are used for open fields such as seen during WWII.
A heavier tank is not automatically better protected; the Merkava has more internal volume and carries 4 people instead of the 3 in the T-90M, so the Merkava require more armor. The Russian tank is just as protected as its modern Western equivalents.
Clearly the chariot tank is better, especially for the State of Israel which is surrounded by Arab countries must have the best tank No wonder Israel is the strongest and smallest army in the world 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🔝

It’s unfair to discuss great tools T90 with MK4 Even if I accept the final score of 4:4 The T90 easily won if checked how many countries wanted it and had it in his army furthermore extra point to which type of war fought traditional & untraditional war however, the MK4 fought the Guerrilla war only & nobody bought it 44 years ago In my opinion T90 7 MK4 4

The mobility depends on t90 variant itself there is some having 1000hp and some have 1130
T90 can also shoot ATGMs and it has good FCS system too.
About protection both can APS systems but merkava dont have ERA unlike t90.
Best tank is the one with the best crew! Israeli wins hands down!
You are ABSOLUTE RIGHT.! No T-72 or T-80 are able to defeat a MK-4,that we ALL know from history...
Of course the merkava is better than the t-90, but the king of kings is the M1A2
The Merkava has been tried and tested in wartime with great success and the T90 has failed dismally and denied by Russian propaganda:)
Lebanon 2006 is a great success? What?
The one failed is the t80
Dr Banderovets, sit down please and keep your mouth closing. Your opinion is not objectively. Thanks.
The T-90 has not failed anywhere.

Welcome comeback militery weapons
Today it turned out that the T90 is just a piece of crap , any Ukrainian soldier with a javelin rocket launcher can destroy these massive tanks and kill the all crew with a press of a button, while merkava 4 today is armed with wind shield protector against all anti tank launcher as a lesson after the 2006 Lebanon war and it proved itself effective against hammas anti tank launcher in protective edge battle So this is the biggest advantage of merkava over the Russian tank which seems as impressive and modern but in real combat it's a 💩
hi from Egypt good work >> in Eg we will make t90 after baying 400 unit >> its good and much chipper than m1 aprams >> but the merkava is so good in protecting it self >>> sorry for my bad en

Merkava got its ass kicked in 2006 by Hezbollah
Merkava is a stupid tank
Thanks for the video. Is it true that T90 MS doesn't have an "automatic" fire control system? And what is that mean?
This is what I found about its FCS:
The Kalina fire control system of the MBT incorporates the multichannel main gunner’s sight consisting of sighting and thermal channels, laser range finder and in-built laser control channel.
Merkava is the best, modern, modular design and low profile. And it had The trophy system that rocks!
tomnikond600 I wouldn’t say it has low profile it’s a really big tank I’ve seen it up close
The new kornet system doesn't care about a fancy trophy system

You clearly have bias againts merkava either that or you know nothing about tanks
Merkava é muito mais blindado vir um drone com um RPG batendo na frente da torre de um t80bvm e destruindo o tanque
T90 tank
Reactive armor was actually invented by Israel and the idea was literally stolen by the USSR. Israel also abandoned this armor design in favor of better things.
merkava tank is beast ! is mote better then t90
Im the driver on t-90ms 💪💪
The T-90 MS is better then the Merkava, hands down. The Merkava has nearly non existent hull armor to most modern penetrators besides heat since its lack of real composite armor. This thing that the merkava is this well protected tank is just a myth, its one of the weaker modern MBT's in this regard.
T90 is a really good option in open Warfield but in
Deep Forest's and for City area's Merkava is the best because of it's multiple weapon's which can be used to strike different enemies at different angles (Positions) at the same time .
We see it in gaza 😂😂😂
High angry bird @@qreath5377

Merkava mk4...because they have strongest tower in world :D and have 120mm cannon with magazine 4 shots
Helical spring is better then torsion bar? Really? Or may be it beter in some aspects only? By the way, what kind of version T-90 is this? Characteristics from all versions of T-90 in video, but Merkava only Mk4, lol. This versus is incorrect.
lmao no matter the final score no one would sit in a t-90 rather than in a merkava 4
Your sitting on the ammunition in the T-90 just like the T-72, The T-72 is the turret launch champion, and it's reactive armor destroys everything, tank, crew, and anyone nearby
Israeli merkava is the best
This is the worst comparison I’ve ever seen you only said the merkava mk4 has composite modular armor which proved to be super good but you didn’t say anything about the armor of both tank or about their firepower like how can you compare without those things and plus you forgot to mention that the t90 has only 5 degree gun depression which is horrible
Russians don't plan on fighting within irregular terrains and places. They have other stuff for cities and such. The MBTs are used for open fields such as seen during WWII.
Question: Does the Merkava 4 withstand a C4 landmine weighing 2500 pounds + Liquefied gas 55 liter
does your camel do that ?
Yes sissy dude.
it can detect and destroy ✌️😎
Nah it got fucked by em
Markeva 4👍🏿
Fast VS Light Deadly Armor
Having a better armor, with a livable space with 19ton less is no less than a miracle.
It also happens that I don't believe in Jinnies
lighter t90 get a point? really? the weight of the tank directly related to the protection;
A heavier tank is not automatically better protected; the Merkava has more internal volume and carries 4 people instead of the 3 in the T-90M, so the Merkava require more armor. The Russian tank is just as protected as its modern Western equivalents.
Good video
Clearly the chariot tank is better, especially for the State of Israel which is surrounded by Arab countries must have the best tank No wonder Israel is the strongest and smallest army in the world 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🔝
USA army is better
Israel lost to Hezbollah twice, they aren’t the best
the hamas can really prove what they experienced during protective edge 2014 war i thought zero merkavas were damage coz of trophy, kornet ATGM out work during 2014 war unlike 2006 second lebanon war 18 merkavas destroyed, and the present situation hezbollah always threaten war againts israel but they know their rockets or missiles are outwork if the war break out
if you don't know what cyl is then this all video is invalid. Its not cycle .
T90 (1130 ÷46) = 24.565 not 20.4
He took that stat from wikipedia... and also made a mess with the different versions of the t90.
(The t90ms the version with the 1130 hp(the og t90 has 950 hp) weight is actually 48 tons. So 23.5 hp/tons)
It’s unfair to discuss great tools T90 with MK4
Even if I accept the final score of 4:4
The T90 easily won if checked how many countries wanted it and had it in his army furthermore extra point to which type of war fought traditional & untraditional war however, the MK4 fought the Guerrilla war only
& nobody bought it 44 years ago
In my opinion T90 7 MK4 4
Come down to crew both tanks are good but if it's just t90 and not t90am/ms/m then the merk 4 have a bit of the upper hand

Thomas Simeon the t90 is a good tank but mostly against 80s tanks not against modern western tanks the merkava mk4 is immune to heat projectiles plus it has a better gun with more gun depression/elevation more survivabilty and battle proven armor overall T90 is good because it’s good for its price

Also 1:0
für den russischen Panzer, ausserdem sieht er um Längen hübscher aus, als der
israelische.
