- Ingredients for Tee Nya Kuih:
180g rice flour
20g tapioca flour
800ml water
2 tsp of alkaline water/lye
1/2 tsp salt
green food coloring
yellow food coloring
Brown sugar syrup ingredients:
150g brown sugar
20g white sugar
60ml water
150ml coconut milk
2 Pandan leaves
1 rectangular molds coated with oil (21cm x 15cm x 6cm) - Навчання та стиль

Sorry to disturb u again, 傻大姐.. how long can keep this kuih and the sugar syrup in the fridge since thesugat syrups contained coconut milk? Few days ok? Bcuz i tot of making double of ur portion so that no need to be so troublesome to do it again as my sons really loved to eat this! 😄

Keep about 2week, but the tee nya kuih cannot keep too long, only 2-3day.
@@shadajie-kitchen ok! I got it! But there's another prob i encounter, how come my syrup very thick? Too much sugar or too little water? Can i pour out the syrup and cook again to dilute it? Mine is very thick almost like soft type of kaya spread.. 🤷♀️

syrup become hard?take out from fridge and let it warm at room temperature and add water to cook again.
