I loved all the ingredients in this recipe but for me it was a little too dry. I took a small amount and put in a bowl and added a couple of spoonfuls 7:12 of red enchilada sauce to test it out. It was amazing. I ended up dumping the rest of the enchilada sauce into the already made salsa.
Excellent! Just what I needed for a light appetizer before my dinner party on Saturday. My question is..remember no such thing as a dumb question, can I make this ahead of time? will it stay firm and fresh in refrigerator for a few nights???? I will add the cilantro and lime just before serving.

I’ve heard it’s best to leave the lime and cilantro in there because the other ingredients can soak up that flavor!

Ok I really messed up this recipe. I had everything listed, but after chopping I realize I chopped Italian parsley instead of cilantro. I need help.
