    Hi Tiffany, this recipe sounds great. While watching it I got that black beans would be a good addition. However, I can't find a canning recipe that combines all three ingredients and how to process it. Any suggestions...

      That does sound really good. I doubt that you will be able to find one. Beans have to be pressure canned. And they have to be processed for quite a long time. I don’t know if a safe way to do it in a recipe similar to this. My suggestion is to add cooked beans afterwards when you are getting ready to serve it. Yum,.. your idea is making me hungry.

      Tiffany, I think I found a safe recipe for tomato bean and corn salsa the timing is right. The olive oil is a definite NO. But if I use your seasonings I feel it will turn out just fine.. bicorn will it be in in about 2 weeks. I will give a recipe a try. PS recipe, I do not know how to attach one, Schneider peeps on UA-cam.
