JOE ROGAN HULK CUM DRINK
INGREDIENTS
Kale
Cucumber
Green Apple
Spinach
Ginger
Steps
1) chop up ingredients
2) throw in a juicer until blended
MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD STEW
INGREDIENTS
Garlic
Onion
Bell pepper
Can of diced tomatoes
Squid
Hake / Halibut / Seabass
Jumbo Shrimp
Mussels
Dried Thyme
Paprika
Saffron
Sugar
Broth
Water
Olive Oil
Steps
1. Mince garlic, dice onion, dice bell pepper, cut squid, and chop the fish
2. Heat olive oil on medium heat and sauté squid
3. Remove and set aside
4. Cook onions, garlic, and peppers together
5. Add thyme, paprika, salt; stir together
6. Add diced tomatoes, sugar, and salt; stir together
7. Add broth, water, saffron; gently mix.
8. Turn the heat up; once it boils, turn back to low
9. Add chopped fish, cooked squid, shrimp, and mussels; cover.
10. After about 5 min, remove the lid to check if the mussels are open and fish is cooked. Once done, remove from heat and serve.

bananas indeed have a great nutrient profile and are absolutely worth the calories, plus they give smoothies a nice creamy consistency that would mitigate that separation he was worried about

My favorite part of this is Steve-O opening up about how his mother became seriously handicapped from an aneurysm and Bert utterly ignoring it; you can even see when Steve-O realizes Bert wasn't listening lol

At 24:00 Bert puts the oil in at medium heat. At 29:54 bert drops the squid in the oil 😭😭😭 dude then asks why it caught on fire after letting the oil sit there untouched for 6 straight minutes and then adding freshly washed squid. Gotta love El machina

You can’t add wet things to hot oil.
The water boils violently, causing the oil to atomize. When this happens over the flame, the oil enters a stoichiometric ratio and catches fire from the flame below.
If it happens again, just put a lid on the pan, it will starve the flame of oxygen and it will go out almost immediately.
I'm watching this in increments because Bert and Annie are giving me anxiety🤣🤣🤣 I feel for Steve o I'm the guy to the side like "jesus it's like jumping on a moving treadmill " 🤣🤣🤣
