(unlike Yelan which is pure HP or Albedo's blossom which is pure DEF) means that any ATK buff like Noblesse or Benny's buff also affect them and gain their damage. but when i explain this to people nobody believe me. like "nah they just scale with DEF/HP so any ATK buff/substat roll is useless" it's not useless it's just less benefical but still gain their own personal damage because their each stat conversion to ATK which still based on their ATK but it's just with addition keep up the good work. love your content always

i was really hoping you would bring up the defence calculation while talking about levelling to 90. It’s fairly important to understand and i feel like most people that don’t level their dps to 90 are not aware of it and think the increase of base attack is all there is.

there was no need to go into it since he mentioned that characters who dish out the most damage should be lv 90. If you just quickswap out of a character for reactions/buffs, then the enemy defense doesn't matter since they won't even be around to deal personal damage on said defense.

My personal standard for artifacts is: Mid-end game: Get at least +16 artifacts with at least 20 cv, and level it to +20 if there is potential for 30+ cv. +16 is a good place to stop because artifacts at +16 is alr viable enough with the right main stat and you don't wanna +20 trash ones. Of course I will roll single crit pieces even if I can only get 27 cv max. Some exceptions can be made for EM, ER or HP/ATK/DEF% at times. End-end game: Aim for 30+ cv at least, if it doesn't have double crit or single crit with 2 useful subs, I don't roll.

klee needs a rework, her burst shoulve worked off field and she needs better catk spam or super freaking high catk dmg to make up for... well all of it. playing klee with no stam cost catk in the recent event made her so much more fun.
Regarding Fischl w Tenacity of Millileth set - Been running calcs on Kokomi taser with Fischl, and in this comp it really looks like running ToM set on fischl is generally not ideal since fischl in electro charge team with koko is the highest damaging unit (esp. at fischl c6). It's not _always_ strictly better to run ToM on her over 2 piece/2piece. Maybe there are other comps that care much more about the atk buff on other teammates, but not so for my comp, at least: Kokomi Fischl Beidou Sucrose

Bennett, Rosaria, Kaeya and Xiangling/Kazuha deals more dmg, but Rosaria's dmg is stationary and the variant without Kazuha doesn't even have grouping, assuming I can make up for the dmg loss in the content, I definitely prefer the mono-pyro + Kaeya kind of approach. I also sometimes seem to notice Pyronado missing enemies in Venti burst, do you happen to know if it's significant? The grouping and battery is so comfy even when enemies die and spawn all over at awkward times for your rotation, though, and vs. Fatui etc. the swirls go crazy.
I've been meaning to ask sir zajeff, is it worth it to pull for Yelan to increase my Dilucs damage ceiling? I have no problem with clearing floor 12 since 1.4ish and have been looking for the next unit for my teams upgrade :) would love to hear your thoughts about it or should I skip her.
@@graelstream2353 f2p usually get 1 5* each 1.5 patch and 3 if you're extremely unlucky. Characters got their next rerun about 5 months to over a year so don't be so picky about it , it might ruined your fun in the game . Wait til people leak next patch banner or wait to the official live stream to decide for yourself .
Now that yelan is out, which Pyro character - yelan team will benefit from the other two being from xingqiu/benett/kazuha? And how do I choose which two?
@LeoC The only exception to this are situations that require Sucrose-specific tech, like Guoba swirl. Granted, if you have a constellated Kazuha, a team that incorporates him is probably going to be better than a team that incorporates Sucrose. But if you want to play a Sucrose-specific team, then in that situation even a C6 Kazuha won't be better.
from my own personal experience, fav kazuha is better if you're trying to battery your other units or if you kazuha does not have much er. but if your other units don't have any er issues and your kazuha has enough er then em sword is better. i run triple em with er sword with about 150% er and he can almost always burst off cooldown
General rule of thumb is if you use EM sword, use ER sands and if you use ER sword, then use EM sands. I personally prefer to use fav sword because i have R5 fav but using sac sword can be better if you don't have high refinement fav.
How do I know when to use an em sword on kazuha or fav/sac. Also what so you think is more worth it c1 kazuha or freedom sworn hypothetically speaking that he reruns soon Suske
imo irong sting is such an overrated weapon, kazuha needs er especially c0, and it's generally not worth it to gain like 7% dmg bonus(iron sting 165 em to dmg conversion) and sacrifice all of your ER & a smoother rotation
Now that you say it, I'm 100% sure about the dendro dmg% thing and the company will screw us over, it's another opportunity for them to make artifact RNG even worse lmao

I want to run a team with beidou sara bennett kazuha, what would be the optimal artefacts and weapons on these units and the best rotation? Should i use TF bennett as the driver here, absorb electric with kazuha and put noblesse on sara? Or should i use VV/TF kazuha as the driver here to absorb pyro from bennett burst and put EoSF on sara? Please help ~
If you look only at cv yeah... But probably an artifact with 5 rolls on crit (33cv) and 3 more rolls in other useful substats for the character is superior to one with 40cv and 2 dead substats.
According to KQM it should be PJWS on Raiden and Wavebreaker’s fin on Xiangling however i’m not sure if they assume prestacking the PJWS before raiden burst so if you have the catch leveled, you can have it on her and not worry about the jade spear
If u are running rational team with Ei c0 then the best choice is the catch for raiden and wavebreaker fin for xiangling. The reason is in rational, xiangling is the main dps and ei is a battery for team and sub dps so she needs ER to fill that so the catch is much better for total team dmg rotation although wavebreaker make ei deal more dmg but harder to build stats with required ER for the team. Since xiangling goes with EI then just focus her on dmg as much as possible so the wavebreaker takes the place. For xiangling, a r4 wavebreaker can out dmg a r1 homa > 50% hp and with r5 it is the best wp for xiangling in term of dmg and easily beat every r1 5 star polearm.
Fun strat i want to share: in double geo hu tao, if albedo sometimes fks the reactions, you can switch to a ttds instructor ningguang (with xq activating his burst before switching to her so she can buff hu tao after)

Wait, so in Tazer, suboptimal subs in 4 ToM is better than better subs in 2 piece 2 piece Atk% for Fishcl? The ToM buff to other units like Beidou, XQ, Sucrose would be better than her personal DMG?
It depends on your fischl damage contribution. For example if your fischl contribute 25% of team damage and using totm reduce her damage by 50% then you are lowering overall damage by 12.5% Then you gain around 10% total damage increase from totm. (Nett you -2.5% damage) But different case will have different outcome, it easier to use optimizer based on artifact you have.
It's better with ToM but don't use suboptimal subs. What zajef means is assuming you have similar subs with your other pieces, then ToM can be better for overall team damage. Now the thing is ToM domain is kinda cringe so it's not really recommended to farm 4 ToM exclusively for fischl only. But if you happen to be eula mains and somehow have good subs on ToM, then you can use it on fischl. Or use optimizer
Hands down sukros is way better as the avatar stare character be it tazzer and kazuha. I m pulling kazuha as a stat stick for hyper ei and all other wacky teams of mono. More over before it was perfect for me to have venti on team 1 & sukros on team 2. But mihoyo likes to f with venti and put un kajedaeble mobs so i m hoping to run sukros on team 1 and kazu on team 2. I prefer national and rational over international any way. As child e is soo cool i get carried away over 7-8 sec and f up my run. Child doesnt even crit most of the time. More over i hate energy funnelling, it just breaks the combat's free flow. While in national i can weave in bennet guba in between rotation. While rational does require funnelling at al for my acc. Once in a blue moon i tap 1 benny e if the mob i frames ei' slash. Mihoyo wont give me a 1 fucking sac book for the last 2 years. I have been mapamering sukros since 1.5. wtf.
Same as the other guy, i don't think that's a good substitute from nobless set. The only "maybe" good usage on instructor bennett is in raiden national. You put nobless on xq and instructor on bennett to fully buff your xiangling vape and overloaded damage.

Characters got their next rerun about 5 months to over a year so don't be so picky about it , it might ruined your fun in the game . regarding the sucrose vs kazuha national argument, would a c2 kazuha be better to replace sucrose in childe national?
@LeoC The only exception to this are situations that require Sucrose-specific tech, like Guoba swirl. Granted, if you have a constellated Kazuha, a team that incorporates him is probably going to be better than a team that incorporates Sucrose. But if you want to play a Sucrose-specific team, then in that situation even a C6 Kazuha won't be better.

Honestly i prefer sac sword, fav is great but trying to get EM VV set with high crit take forever lol
from my own personal experience, fav kazuha is better if you're trying to battery your other units or if you kazuha does not have much er. but if your other units don't have any er issues and your kazuha has enough er then em sword is better. i run triple em with er sword with about 150% er and he can almost always burst off cooldown
General rule of thumb is if you use EM sword, use ER sands and if you use ER sword, then use EM sands. I personally prefer to use fav sword because i have R5 fav but using sac sword can be better if you don't have high refinement fav.

imo irong sting is such an overrated weapon, kazuha needs er especially c0, and it's generally not worth it to gain like 7% dmg bonus(iron sting 165 em to dmg conversion) and sacrifice all of your ER & a smoother rotation

I want to run a team with beidou sara bennett kazuha, what would be the optimal artefacts and weapons on these units and the best rotation? Should i use TF bennett as the driver here, absorb electric with kazuha and put noblesse on sara? Or should i use VV/TF kazuha as the driver here to absorb pyro from bennett burst and put EoSF on sara? Please help ~

Catch and wave breaker can either go kn xl or raiden. Jade is cope

According to KQM it should be PJWS on Raiden and Wavebreaker’s fin on Xiangling however i’m not sure if they assume prestacking the PJWS before raiden burst so if you have the catch leveled, you can have it on her and not worry about the jade spear
If u are running rational team with Ei c0 then the best choice is the catch for raiden and wavebreaker fin for xiangling. The reason is in rational, xiangling is the main dps and ei is a battery for team and sub dps so she needs ER to fill that so the catch is much better for total team dmg rotation although wavebreaker make ei deal more dmg but harder to build stats with required ER for the team. Since xiangling goes with EI then just focus her on dmg as much as possible so the wavebreaker takes the place. For xiangling, a r4 wavebreaker can out dmg a r1 homa > 50% hp and with r5 it is the best wp for xiangling in term of dmg and easily beat every r1 5 star polearm.

Fun strat i want to share: in double geo hu tao, if albedo sometimes fks the reactions, you can switch to a ttds instructor ningguang (with xq activating his burst before switching to her so she can buff hu tao after)

Wait, so in Tazer, suboptimal subs in 4 ToM is better than better subs in 2 piece 2 piece Atk% for Fishcl? The ToM buff to other units like Beidou, XQ, Sucrose would be better than her personal DMG?
It depends on your fischl damage contribution.
For example if your fischl contribute 25% of team damage and using totm reduce her damage by 50% then you are lowering overall damage by 12.5%
Then you gain around 10% total damage increase from totm. (Nett you -2.5% damage)
But different case will have different outcome, it easier to use optimizer based on artifact you have.
It's better with ToM but don't use suboptimal subs. What zajef means is assuming you have similar subs with your other pieces, then ToM can be better for overall team damage. Now the thing is ToM domain is kinda cringe so it's not really recommended to farm 4 ToM exclusively for fischl only. But if you happen to be eula mains and somehow have good subs on ToM, then you can use it on fischl.

Hands down sukros is way better as the avatar stare character be it tazzer and kazuha. I m pulling kazuha as a stat stick for hyper ei and all other wacky teams of mono. More over before it was perfect for me to have venti on team 1 & sukros on team 2. But mihoyo likes to f with venti and put un kajedaeble mobs so i m hoping to run sukros on team 1 and kazu on team 2. I prefer national and rational over international any way. As child e is soo cool i get carried away over 7-8 sec and f up my run. Child doesnt even crit most of the time. More over i hate energy funnelling, it just breaks the combat's free flow. While in national i can weave in bennet guba in between rotation. While rational does require funnelling at al for my acc. Once in a blue moon i tap 1 benny e if the mob i frames ei' slash. Mihoyo wont give me a 1 fucking sac book for the last 2 years. I have been mapamering sukros since 1.5. wtf.

Same as the other guy, i don't think that's a good substitute from nobless set. The only "maybe" good usage on instructor bennett is in raiden national. You put nobless on xq and instructor on bennett to fully buff your xiangling vape and overloaded damage.
I am pretty sure it's the BiS for bennett yes.
