The Silky Gomboy Outback Edition, just a fantastic, functional saw. Very well designed for sure ! Silky Saw silkysaws.com #silkysaw #camping #campfire #woodfire
A long time ago, I bought a cheap Ozark trail like that, but about an inch shorter for $4.95. It don’t stay closed very well, but locks open solidly. I must have cut a good chord worth of wood with it, storm blow down, camp wood, trail clearing, etc. Still as sharp as the day I bought it. I have been looking at that same saw you have… Maybe some day when the handle on mine finally breaks… Peace. Jerry
One day I'll splurge on a Silky. So far the inexpensive pruning saw that I picked up is working well. Plus the saw blade on my SAK for the twig stove is nice if I want to get a little OCD with the wood for that.
Thanks ! This saw is awesome,as you know. I appreciate your support on the footage, I’ve really been enjoying my Canon M50, for an entry level mirrorless, it’s a blast to play around with. Have a great week !
Hey Craig, gotta love the Silky brand. I’ve had the Zubat 300mm large teeth for two years now. Fantastic (scary) saw. Worked great when I was in the BWCA the last two times.
It took me a while to spring for a Silky . Man I am glad I did.
Yes sir, me as well, great concept !

Best saws on the market. Can’t go wrong with a Silky Saw.
Jason, certainly seems like a winner so far ! Have a great week brother !
So awesome. I’d love to upgrade my Sven saw with one. Just don’t really have fires a whole bunch… great video.

nice saw, great camera work too
Yes, and thank you !
I wish I had your kind of money!
Gary, you are a funny man ! 😂
Great saws but the color is too easy to lose if you drop it or leave it on the forest floor. Great saws though.
Good point, I plan on putting a small lanyard on it, something bright, cheers
