Thanks for taking the time to make these videos Michael. It is appreciated. Watching your reviews, is like meeting up with a long lost friend. Keep well. David.
Hi Michael- Great shave and razor review; thank you! I’m really enjoying your return to posting on UA-cam. Your efforts are always greatly appreciated! Best regards for the week ahead!
I love the fact that they were inspired by the Muhle R-41s open comb design, because I remember when I first started traditional wet shaving in 2017 the r41 was one of the first razors that took my attention , you can tell they took the history of safety razors and took all of the best parts and made their own concept of the best safety razor. Even the top cap has slanted slopes so you do not need to think about the angle very much. And the keyhole design is very impressive
Aaah... Michael, still very glad to see you back on the UA-cam, another great shave with some pin-niddle nick with the new fine DE5 razor. Please, keep coming back whenever you're ready for the next UA-cam, otherwise, we all be worried about you. Take care and have a day, Cheers 🥃
Thanks for the great review Michael. The quite large amount of exposed end tabs would put me off on a modern razor, I like more "safety" in my razors these days. Totally understand trying to adjust to a more perpendicular angle and I also have trouble with that type of razor particularly on the Wtg and Xtg passes, I have moved a number of razors on that required that type of angle, it's hard for my old arm+hand muscle memories to adjust to such a change without some soreness, so I don't😜 Totally understand skin getting "loose" as we get older (I'm 70+). Take care my friend👍🤠👍
Really enjoying these new videos and the return of Michael Freedberg! Michael, would you say the Karve D plate CB variants are in the low blade feel, low chatter, high efficiency category in your experience?
Love that you're posting occasionally, didn't realize how much I missed these!

You should try stainless steel razors from polish manufacturer, Stando. Pure gold. Stando Leszy on Lanca handle is my favourite.

Nice shave Michael
Michael, very informative review. I was wondering if you would like to participate in a pass around of the Lambda razors.
Hell yeah
Good brush but doesn't hold enough lather for the second pass.
Thnx for return
Milder than the Marvel?
Michael sounds like a super liberal complaining about everything
Wow, the Yaqi Moka brush! I received one of those as a door prize at the Louisville 2019 meet 🥲
Great to see you again, Michael!
