I love how she addressed that she was underweight in the one photo because for somebody like me I don’t think of that and I just compare myself to everybody I see. That was really nice :)
So glad you didn't glamorize or promote being underweight. I lost my period from being underweight this year, and it makes me happy to hear you talk candidly about your own experience

Sjochumsen they tend to do a lot of photoshop on the models- for magazines etc.

I find this oddly comforting. Even models don't look like on their pictures :D

Ikr I remember seeing a photo of a model in a magazine and being like omg I think that's Taylor?! I couldn't find a name or figure out if it was her or not but it did look like her and her photos all look so different so it's hard to tell.
A lot of those modeling photos are unrecognizable!!
Yeah it puts a lot into perspective for when you look at a magazine!

I think Japanese trends influence the way she does her makeup now so it really emphasizes different facial features as well!

Akansha Basnet She's already 28 😫 Which is totally ok but model agencies are a bit icky about hiring older people, which is very unfair. I hope she can thrive in Hong Kong though!

If you have seen any vlog where it's night and she has already taken off her makeup, she looks more like the pictures. Tay, you have a lot of different faces, and each one is freaking gorgeous.

This might be because I’m not a fashionista or model but, to me, you seem so versatile as a model! It’s amazing. I’ve only ever seen your Japanese modeling photos so seeing the others I was like, wow! So different and so lovely!
How cool! Modeling is completely foreign to me, so it's cool that you told us the backstories. I would like to see more.
Those photos are literally....unrecognizable. I love all of them, but they just don't look anything like you! You are definitely 100% a model, I can see it now. I always wondered before how popular you were or what your photos actually looked like, but I am completely astounded by how much modeling you do for such huge companies! You are so modest when it comes to revealing who you work for! Love these photos so much, and good luck to you in Hong Kong.

I discovered UA-cam and the dark rabbit hole that I got sucked in about a year ago. You were one of the first people I saw. I felt you were so genuine and entertaining. I think the DIY roller skate heels was the first videos I saw. Since then Ive tried finding your channel and didnt know how to do it. Then yesterday I found you and I'm so happy! You're so sweet, unique and genuine. I love it!

Loved seeing all these photos! Not only because it's interesting to see you, but it's also interesting to see how differently things are advertised in Asian countries compared to what I'm used to see here in Europe (not much different but there's definitely a difference in the little details). Also, you look absolutely gorgeous in all of them!

Our Pomeranian is like that too. My friend made two raincoats for her which helps. When she was younger it wasn't too bad but we noticed when she turned 4 she got picky (she's 11 now) I can't get over your portfolio. 😍

You look so unrecognizable in some! You seem older... not sure how to word it. Your face seems thinner? I guess the lack of thicker lips and thinner eyebrows really make a difference, but I'm sure there's lots of photoshop going on too.

It's actually still there. Somewhen last year (I think) she went to the dermatologist and didn't wear any makeup, and her lips were just like they were before, she's just chronically overdrawing them. I prefer her a lot more with natural makeup.
