@@berjohansen thankyou doc my ranges of test free test and estrogen are good but I've been told about this frequency so I'm going to go from twice a week to 3 times see if that helps

d w look into getting your insulin sensitivity up as well, low shbg and insulin resistance goes hand in hand

* do we have to cycle on/off HCG when we combine it to our TRT?
How long can we stay on HCG (combined with our TRT) , do we have to lower our TRT dosage if we had HCG ? Will that makes us feel NOTABLY better than on TRT alone ( cause rarely the cost of HCG will be covered by our insurance ) and will it cause damage or downregulation to our Leydig's cells over the long term?

The power of the placebo affect is massive. I use it a lot with my clients to prove a system of things or a point if need be.
I do agree that HCG does increase my sex drive as I do have some pretty bad testicular atrophy. And I have found over the years that once my smallest size is achieved that I start a course of HCG. Luckily I do not suffer any water retention problems with HCG. However I also run Proviron as needed and if I see my face becoming puffy. And as Proviron will also increase free testosterone levels and thus a steroidogenisis and synthesis all round. But without a trial as Nigel said. We will not know for sure. This for me is just a ego thing unfortunately. Yes I have an ego 😢😢😢😁😁😁. Some nice information guys.

Does adding low dose HMG in addition to HCG on TRT make guys feel better in any respect?
Ive been wondering the same thing but Nobody seems to have much experience with HMG
I think HMG is strictly if you’re trying to conceive because my understanding is it increases FSH

Doc has me on 1/2ml test, twice a week
And .25ml gonadorelin once a week.
From what i have read, im not dosing enough with gonadorelin
100 mg cyp twice a week with HCG 500iu twice a week. I have zero libido. Doctor just put me on an AI. When I first got on TRT a couple years ago I felt great and libido was awesome. Now at 40 years old, libido is gone. Latest blood work was Testosterone at 934ng/dL and Estradiol at 52ng/dL.
Sometimes life or stress can get in the way of libido despite what appears to be normal or even optimal levels. Try going on holiday and then see if you're lbido returns.
@@balancemyhormones thank you. The problem I’m facing is nothing has changed in terms of stress levels in my life nor do I feel stressed or overworked.
What are your dhea levels? That can also play a part in libido.
@@spencerlev_fitness I changed doctors and my new one figured it out. I was on 1cc of 200mg a week and felt like crap. Zero energy and libido.
Did my blood work and was over 1381ng/dL. Prolactin was elevated along with estrogen.
I lowered my dose and began micro dosing. Got on an AI and Cabergolne. I feel much better now. I won’t need the AI anymore most likely after my next blood work.

I know it is two times a week but how much is the dosage of Gonadorelin?
"after TRT"? There is never an after TRT, or one wouldn't have started. HcG is most certainly be used with TRT or as PCT after cycle of steroids.

And does the dose vary if one is just trying to reverse atrophy vs someone hoping to have children? In other places, I’ve read that for the former, one could try as little as 250iu 3x/week.

So long term trt can make it so you don't have sex drive? That is weird to me as test is test?
Some men feel an improved sex drive when HCG is added. Some men do not and find testosterone only does the job.
