Want to get some first-hand information on peptides from the man who developed many of them and brought them to the market? Want to know the difference between sermorelin and ipramorelin and CJC 1295? What’s the best growth hormone secretagogue? Should you use the peptide with or without DAC? Where did the name TB500 come from? How are TB500 (TB4) and BPC 157 utilized in sports medicine?
    ABOUT THE GUEST:
    Ryan Smith is founder of TruDiagnostic trudiagnostic..... Ryan received a BA in biochemistry from Transylvania University before heading to medical school in 2013. After passing USMLE Step 1, he decided to leave and open up a pharmacy in the United States that focused on peptide synthesis and formulations for pharmaceutical preparations. That pharmacy, Tailor Made Compounding, became the 4th fastest growing company in healthcare in the US and grew to 80 million in revenue within 3 years. Through this pharmacy work, Ryan saw the value of preventative medicine. Many of the physicians Tailor Made served were treating age as a disease and a primary outcome but needed better tools to measure this process. As a result, Ryan exited Tailor Made in 2020 to create TruDiagnostic.
    TruDiagnostic is a CLIA certified lab and health data company which specializes in understanding and reporting insights found through Epigenetic methylation data. Since starting in 2020, TruDiagnostic has created the largest private epigenetic database in the world with over 15,000 patients tested on the EPIC850k array. From this dataset, they have created many new algorithms to interpret methylation data including algorithms to predict inflammatory markers, disease diagnosis, telomere length, aging pace, immune cell subsets, cellular replication, and more. TruDiagnostics has also led research in the field with over 30+ clinical trials investigating the best ways to reverse these markers through diet, lifestyle, and prescription interventions. Currently, TruDiagnostic is working with collaborators from Duke, Harvard, Yale, UCSF, Ohio St. and more to uncover new insights from the methylome. TruDiagnostic is also the only commercial company on the market to offer 2nd or 3rd generation aging algorithms which have shown to be more predictive and precise than 1st generation aging clocks.

    • @JoyKongMD
      @JoyKongMD  3 місяці тому +1

      Hi, thank you for your comment. The spelling will be as follows: BPC157, TB500, ipramorelin, CJC1295, MOTS-c, semaglutide (ozempic), selank, semax, cerebrolysin, Thompson alpha 1 (TA1), dihexa, tesamorelin, PT141, epitalon, kisspeptin, SS31, 5-amino-1-MQ, melanotan (I and II), GHK-Copper... You get peptides from a licensed physician (where the quality is more assured) or from a research lab... it is a messy space with a lot of uncertainties, both from product quality and regulatory perspective...

You don't need to start off with all at once. I'm planning to do stem cells with Dr. Kong's clinic ❤ when something is important to you, you will find a way, which I'm doing. Health is wealth. I changed to a carnivore diet and I'm saving alot of money at the grocery store. No snacks, no dessert, 2 meals a day with no hunger pains because we only eat when we are hungry. Thank you, glad you found the video helpful. As far as why the FDA would ban numerous natural therapies that have shown benefits in a wide variety of conditions (some are approved by counterparts in other countries) and have little to no side effects, one may have to look deep into the history of medical care and pharmaceutical/insurance industry in this country. That would become a much longer conversation...

    Im 64 with hEDS. The rejuvenative injections i was having from 2018- beginning of this yr aren’t as effective so I started BCP and TB500 separately a few weeks ago. I started pinning 200mcg BPC at 3 sites of chosen injury sites bid for 5 days then started feeling tightness in large areas around the sites. Would that be because it’s really tightening the ligaments or tendons thus the surrounding fascia? I cut back down to 200mcg bid sq into one site. The areas where I have nerve impingement pain from lower spine issues hasn’t lessened at all.

      There’s not enough healthcare parity when it comes to the new holistic cutting edge medicine for the low income population. That will change eventually. Unfortunately, the way the current healthcare system is set up, insurance is not covering these highly effective therapies for the most part, even though these treatments are much less costly than the traditional pharmacological and surgical approaches… We are in the midst of a medical revolution, even though the vast majority of doctors don’t even know we are in this transition… The old die hard, and sadly there are going to be a lot of casualties. Many people with low income recognize the value of these new therapies and devote their limited resources to it… fortunately, there’s so much you can do even on your own by just lifestyle changes… overall, these treatments save tremendous amount of money for people over the long run, not to mention, giving them a much better quality of life…
