Sir meri umar 42 years hai. maine lagbhag 25 saal pehle martial arts seekhi thi, uske baad aajtak light training ghar pe hi karta rehta hoon, round kick ab proper nahi lag pati kyunki pair ab pure nahi khulte baithane par. Kya main ab bhi khud ko maintain kar sakta hoon.

not nit picking .But I often came across this kick in kumite at the dojo .They way I fxxxxx on the other guy was the split sec he turned I shot forward fast and delivered a back fist to the back of his head and completely smothered the kick because a was not where he thought I was .in 8 years kumite I never got caught by that kick .I either shot forward of backwards .The worst thing you can do Is stay where you were when the guy starts his spin .
