Learning to make - Ruler Gauge (no talking build)

- #ToolsOfAutumn continues, and now I've made myself a Ruler Gauge. This is a great tool to have at hand, not strictly required I guess, but fun to make and use.
It's also a simple project, I made the whole thing in one day. I think it came out a treat, I'll drop a bit more info and some extra photos on my site soon: www.thewoodfath...

Upstanding build and video quality Mario. Now if you can just line up the screws heads that would take it over the top...lol
Maybe I tried, and maybe I snapped off the screw head straight away, and maybe I decided to stop while I was still ahead... 🤣

I made one of those from a cheap aluminium ruler with screen printed scale & numbers. I'm still suffering shock at the demise of my favourite ruler 😰🥺
Oh the numbers rubbed off? Bugger!
I expect mine to see light use, but also, the markings are etched in so hopefully I'm all good anyway 🤞
