I think for future references whenever you do an outdoor event get a tent to cover the seating area. But everything looks beautiful

Two things…1. Sam needs an ReTV uniform that says…”It’s fine!” She is a trooper! Love her! 2. Shout out to you Raven for keeping it together and being flexible enough to just go with it. At my big age of 48 I’m still learning how to do that…I’m such a perfectionist (Virgo moon/Virgo rising) that I shut down and shut out when things don’t go as planned. And that ruins it for everyone. I think it was still very lovely. And it’s always a pleasure to see Chef Toni! Oh and your event was on my birthday! 🥳

Lol virgos do love their plans , my daughter will literally have a meltdown if she has to make an unplanned stop while we are out ,omg especially if we are traveling.her new bf said lets go to dinner this weekend ill plan something,his plan was to drive around and spontaneously find a restaurant,lol i took him aside and let him know noooo not if he wants a date after that.
@@Meekavintage Very true! Maybe she’ll loosen up as she gets older. I’m a Taurus (sun), Virgo (moon), Virgo (rising) so that’s just a big ball of stubbornness mixed with perfectionism! Scary! 🤣😂🤣😂 I once had a full blown meltdown bcuz my ex husband went to the post office to mail something for me and buy a book of stamps and he just bought the book of stamps and used one out of it to mail the letter. That set my soul on fire. 🤷🏽♀️🤣😂🤣😂 I’m a little better now at 48. I choose my battles more wisely! 🥰

I know we probably won’t see hers but I am DYING to see raven elyse planned bridal events (shower, wedding, bachelorette festivities, etc) I know she would eat these DOWNN. Someone with money get engaged and convince her to be the planner😩😭

@@chloethebarb5239 on her podcast she said she didn’t believe in only being with one person for the rest of your life. She said that you’ll have people for maybe some years at a time. I kinda figured from that she didn’t see marriage for herself then.

A literal “you can plan a pretty picnic, but you can’t predict the weather!” This came together so well!!
Oooh ... Raven you should plan a picnic in the 'park' (either at a park or your back yard!) with picnic baskets, wine, gingham fabric to sit on ... I know you would make it amazing! (Or do a Teddy Bear's picnic for Ziya and her friends in your back yard. Every kid brings their teddy bear! I remember doing that in London as a kid!)

This event turned out beautiful and looked like fun despite everything and above it all, it exuded warmth and coziness which I think is perfect for Mother’s Day tbh
I think the ‘chaotic’ parts definitely broke the ice amongst the women. Nothing brings people together more than having to work together through a crisis 😭 your friends gathering together under pressure was amazing! And the way you keep your cool through it all… you are incredible!
As an appreciator of all the thought, purchasing, making, coordinating, and other work that went into the fantastic set up in the garden, I hold space for all the thoughts and feelings that you, and your team, and other organizers and makers may be feeling.
As a viewer, and partygoer (to other venues), I say/add to the theme the other folks are saying in the comments: everyone at the party is enjoying themselves. They sound and look satisfied and glad to be eating, drinking, and comfortably sitting together chatting and enlivened by the friendliness of one another's company. What a great group to be a part of.

Good friends will always pitch in. Eventhough the weather got in the way some, I thought it was really nice. Don't stress you and your friends handled it well and kept it moving along.

I believe this party was the best I’ve seen. Motherhood is beautiful but not easy, we hit bumps and get scratches but WE REMAIN BEAUTIFUL AND MAKE IT WORK NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I believe your party had great friends but also most importantly, great mothers that knows how to step in and make it work no matter the circumstances but remain beautiful. Cricut tip: instead of getting the cricut brand transfer tape, get clear contact paper. It’s like $5 a roll at Target (kitchen section) AND you won’t have to de-stickify it! Love the video, amazing job as always! ❤

Everything still turned out so well! I’m not sure exactly how much space you have in your living room but if you ever needed to throw another dinner party inside, maybe move the couch and coffee table closer to the patio door? Or even moving your coffee table to your bedroom or garage might free up a bit more space in the living room.
