Because there are lots of options and features I have got lost navigating about, but the undo button does its job. It has frozen on me a few times which is very frustrating, seemed to only happen at the start of projects. Looks like the update fixed that bug. I would buy it again now knowing what I know and for me i am going to skip a year before I upgrade to the latest version.
How can I change the format mp4? so I can share it online. All I get is the VSP stuff which won't let me share it or even play on my own computer... Nevermind, I figured it out, loving it.

MultiCam Capture can record your screen and webcam video simultaneously without additional devices. If your computer does not have a webcam, then you would need another capture device. Tried the trial version and it could not handle any of the file formats I threw at it, although it could be because they were full HD and 4K formats. I've uninstalled it now, but does anyone know if the trial version does not support Full HD+. If so, how can I trial 4K before I buy? I need to check 4K editing before I make a purchase. Thanks
Bought videostudio 2020 last weekend. Problems installing, so went to website and found a "fix. Followed their instructions and now my computer is unusable. It boots, slow. No start menu, only chrome still works, but wireless is disabled. Contacted cust support, so far not very helpful. Did a tech support ticket and he's trying to diagnose/fix my machine via an occasional email. Nearly new computer, less than a month old, now a paperweight.

Render one-out is an Mp4 it will be saved in your library. Then you can do the same with your other one. Then you can add them together to make one complete video out of UA-cam files

HELP! I created a video then went to "share" tried to log into youtube but a box popped up I entered my google user account ID then said "this browser or app may not be secure" then If I click "learn more" a window opens & has a list of browsers approved (chrome is on there which is what I use) I also checked all the settings they said regarding java script being on & extensions off etc...... still same thing happens......... then I tried to share so could be viewed on computer when I hit start for that a error box pops up & says "this file may be write protected"15033:10:2???? what am I doing wrong the videos were taken with gopro hero5 session. *Videostudio 2020 is still VERY slow when you want to put subtitles, using the normal way that is offered, as i do.* Even the menu's are VERY slow, for example: if when you want to jump from EDIT to SHARE (and not only). By observing how slow is writing text on *Paintshop* when you compare it with *15 year older applications from ULEAD,* i can only think that this is *not COREL's incapability to make these apps as fast as they should be,* but rather marketing strategy: You will hope the next version will be a bit faster, although there is absolutely no reason for this app to work as slow as it works.
Hi Olanrewaju! Add your text to the timeline. Double click on it and it opens the "Title Options" - apply MOTION and you may be interested in the second FADE option - change the unit by CHARACTER to have it appear letter by letter like a typewriter. There are a few other animation styles that may work for this too. Play around and see what you find.
Well I was all set for buying this but it looks like I will be buying powerdirector 18 because I've tried for hours on end to get a SIMPLE name text OVER the video with Steph in the bottom right hand corner for the whole duration in yellow but as crazy as it sounds I cannot get it done and wanted to break away from PD after 10 years but it's probably easy as but I can't achieve what would take me 90 seconds on power director but on corel there's just no way I can fathom out how to do this so I'm gonna have to fork out twice as much money for PD18. I'm just over it. Shame coz I really like corel but it's quite complex whereas Power Director is easy as

When he added text, I thought he typed "Poop Party," and immediately thought that's one pool I'm staying away from, but then realized the mistake was mine.
right click on your clip and select 'split audio' (the audio will then be placed into its own track below the clip you separated it from) and then just grab the clip and move it either forward or backwards. A couple tips; since you are most likely wanting to just move the audio a couple frames or so in order to align it up with the video, use the " + / - " buttons that are over to the right hand side and above the top track in the timeline. By 'zooming' way in, you can get down so you are precisely moving a clip by a single frame (you may not need to zoom in that far... just depends on your clip and how precise you need the audio to line up with your video) THe other tip is to make sure you are not 'stretching' out your audio track instead of grabbing it and moving it. Dont grab either of the very ends of the spilt audio track as you;ll probably more than likely just increase or decrease the duration of the clip. Make sure you are GRABBING it and then moving it. You guys keep updating Video Studio with a few added components and selling it like it's brand new software...what Corel needs to do first and foremost is figure out how to optimize your software and figure out how to stop the continuous..consistent crashes..until then I warn everyone to beware..you have be warned of this issue..nothing worse then a crash and most of your work has been lost even when the software try's to reload a save point.
Yes - one of the title presets includes this animation. Alternatively, once you add all your text, you can add motion to your text to make It scroll like end screen credits.

@@JustVishall Hello - of course you can. you can combine whatever clips you need on the timeline and export them all together at the end. If easier - you can edit each scene individually - and then when done all of them, add all of the projects to the timeline to do a single export.

Following this little tutorial made me realize how clunky this software is. Doesn't seem very intuitive, better off with hitfilm express or Adobe Premier.
Don't buy it, there's no mp3 audio conversion, no reversing audio, doesn't work with 3d files, no end alignment, no frame blurring, literally too many absent features to list that are included with free software. Oh, and it shows ads even if you paid for the ultimate edition. For a good free video editor get OpenShot , if you want something easier get Movavi Studio (cheaper than videostudio, better results).

Did you make it to where we have the default folder to save a project? In addition, better audio & video audio fade in and out option?

By observing how slow is writing text on *Paintshop* when you compare it with *15 year older applications from ULEAD,* i can only think that this is *not COREL's incapability to make these apps as fast as they should be,* but rather marketing strategy: You will hope the next version will be a bit faster, although there is absolutely no reason for this app to work as slow as it works.

Hi Olanrewaju! Add your text to the timeline. Double click on it and it opens the "Title Options" - apply MOTION and you may be interested in the second FADE option - change the unit by CHARACTER to have it appear letter by letter like a typewriter. There are a few other animation styles that may work for this too. Play around and see what you find.
Well I was all set for buying this but it looks like I will be buying powerdirector 18 because I've tried for hours on end to get a SIMPLE name text OVER the video with Steph in the bottom right hand corner for the whole duration in yellow but as crazy as it sounds I cannot get it done and wanted to break away from PD after 10 years but it's probably easy as but I can't achieve what would take me 90 seconds on power director but on corel there's just no way I can fathom out how to do this so I'm gonna have to fork out twice as much money for PD18. bro how you generate a little gap between text to speech voice . please I Need to know
right click on your clip and select 'split audio' (the audio will then be placed into its own track below the clip you separated it from) and then just grab the clip and move it either forward or backwards. A couple tips; since you are most likely wanting to just move the audio a couple frames or so in order to align it up with the video, use the " + / - " buttons that are over to the right hand side and above the top track in the timeline. By 'zooming' way in, you can get down so you are precisely moving a clip by a single frame (you may not need to zoom in that far... just depends on your clip and how precise you need the audio to line up with your video) THe other tip is to make sure you are not 'stretching' out your audio track instead of grabbing it and moving it. Dont grab either of the very ends of the spilt audio track as you;ll probably more than likely just increase or decrease the duration of the clip. Make sure you are GRABBING it and then moving it. You guys keep updating Video Studio with a few added components and selling it like it's brand new software...what Corel needs to do first and foremost is figure out how to optimize your software and figure out how to stop the continuous..consistent crashes..until then I warn everyone to beware..you have be warned of this issue..nothing worse then a crash and most of your work has been lost even when the software try's to reload a save point.

Yes - one of the title presets includes this animation. Alternatively, once you add all your text, you can add motion to your text to make It scroll like end screen credits.

@@JustVishall Hello - of course you can. you can combine whatever clips you need on the timeline and export them all together at the end. If easier - you can edit each scene individually - and then when done all of them, add all of the projects to the timeline to do a single export.

Don't buy it, there's no mp3 audio conversion, no reversing audio, doesn't work with 3d files, no end alignment, no frame blurring, literally too many absent features to list that are included with free software. Oh, and it shows ads even if you paid for the ultimate edition. For a good free video editor get OpenShot , if you want something easier get Movavi Studio (cheaper than videostudio, better results).
