Yeah if you do that up-and-down hold, you have to put your hand behind its head to support the neck. Babies cannot support their heads well and they could get seriously injured without assistance.

The baby caused the best entertainment I had ever had at Costco by just watching people faces and caused some fun conversations.

Yet had they had a living infant, with that silken skin and pliable neck, they'd have felt the way to properly supper her head and adapted to what was best. They also nailed the concept of schedule.
