- In this video, we show the correct method of using and connecting wires of 0-100V 0-10A Mini Digital Volt-Amp Meter panel DSN-VC288. Using this voltmeter-ammeter, you can measure voltage from 0V to 100V and ampere from 0A to 10A and see it digitally on the blue and red panel.

In this video, we have used a LED and a 12-volt fan to measure and display the ampere consumption. We also used a 12 volt adapter and a 24 volt adapter to display the voltage.
Connecting the wires of this voltmeter-ammeter module is a bit difficult and must be done carefully, which we tried to show in this video.

Hey @@newtecpro I'm connecting to a model railway controller and followed the instructions with the power source being the controller of course. It only shows when I turn the dial up but it's flashing rather than continuous any idea?. I've noticed the multimeter shows max 15.7v despite the controller says 0-12v... And when I flipped from forward to reverse on the controller I had a big crackle and smoke... And now a dead meter 😂...

Hi dear friend. No form of short circuit or improper connection. Especially the DC power supply. You may have connected the + and - wires incorrectly or they have collided with each other
@@newtecproit's quite simple wiring connection, I think the vc288 itself has a problem.
Instead of following "tutorial" like this, it would be much better for you to read the vc288 dataasheet, since the max rating for pow supply is 24 V and with the connection wrongly shown in this video you can easily reach 100 V, burning the device.

The price varies, but you can buy it for about $2
