Hi there, why is it that in houses at this price they don't fit showers that have a rain head, only a hand set? It would be a deal breaker for me.
The rain head shower can be provided upon request for an extra cost.

Why don’t any of these nee builds have a separate formal dining room? Because that what everyone wants to do eat in the kitchen after you’ve just cooked up a big meal and it’s all Smokey and condensy. I hate these new builds, they think utility rooms are important but it’s a waste of space!
