really cool seeing you guys take on the comp wall problems! That black sit start (literally) really boggled my head when I saw it! :D good video chaps!
The presentation style in this is so clean. And you must've put a lot of effort into making sure the audio is spot on; when Maddy was climbing and talking it was so clear I thought it was a voiceover
Thanks Wolf! Sam is very talented and puts in the work. Go check out his other channel Wedge Climbing for some of the best bouldering footage on UA-cam.
Intensity wise, i would argue that if you fall into a consistent train of the same level it will lead to a plateau, i would recommend alternating between easier climbs with emphasis on technique and project sessions of trying really hard lol
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how insanely ripped maddy's back is!!!
More of these vids lads! Real chill
Thanks! Do you prefer with Lattice coaches or shall we get some more guests in?
Guests and coaches mix

Very good vid.
just a shame that the comp wall's been reset since your filming session
Really enjoyed that! Just some bouldering, not much theory (although thats good too)
Thanks! We try to find the balance between education and entertainment :)
Looks like a nice gym; some gyms around me don't bother with a whole lot of hold variety :/
Yeah this is the Depot is Sheffield. Absolutely incredible wall!

is there some secret beta for the foot swap at 11:35?
Its so secret we couldn't show it on UA-cam...
intensity wise, do you think one would always plateau if they only did that kind of mileage sessions?

@@captainshnockleyou3537 Yeah I kind of do that, no silver bullets uh? haha
@@alexgalays910 Yup as many people will be aware, it's always a mix that leads to the best pathway in the long term! No easy "fix" or "system" ever!!
Loving these videos!!
Glad you enjoyed it Matthew!
I think I fell in love with Maddy...
Get in line! I call dibs after Ollie
