    🔔 Leek tofu side dish. (1T = rice spoon)
    100g chives, 300g tofu, 15g carrots, 2 pinches fine salt, 2T cooking oil, ½T red pepper powder (3g), ½T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, ½T oligosaccharide, ½T sesame.

    ✨ Leek tofu side dish.
    1. Cut leek, carrot and tofu.
    2. After wiping the tofu dry, sprinkle 2 pinches of fine salt and leave it for 5 minutes.
    + Remove moisture with kitchen towel after 5 minutes.
    3. 2T cooking oil in a pan, put tofu and bake.
    4. Cut tofu.
    5. Add 1/2T (3g) red pepper powder, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1/2T oligosaccharide and mix.
    6. Add tofu and mix.
    7. Add chives and carrots and mix.
    8. Add ½T sesame seeds and mix.
