the more i watch these the more I realize my generation of musicians are just plain crazy . healthy eating ??? exorcise?? no drugs ?? no dinking or dinking in moderation ??? these were inconceivable concepts to us lol and many (too many ) paid the ultimate price because of it ! oh and small planes and helicopters avoid those too that one no one has learned yet unfortunately . the only good thing was we did not have to worry about trolls on social media just the random beer bottle thrown at the stage

Here's a critically important tip to ensure fitness works all the time: Every week, every day you go to the gym, change everything. Change the amount of weight every set. Change the exercises and the order of them you will do in a day (but keep the most demanding exercise first; e.g. bench press in chest day, deadlift or squat in leg day). Change the muscle group assigned per day. Change the type of cardio you will do every week, every day. Keeping the body confused will prevent it from becoming adapted. Adaptation means it will burn less calories and fat for the same amount of work, and this is an adaption you don't want.
Thanks for sharing this. I do agree about not letting the body adapt, but imo it's more effective to progressively increase weights on the same basic moves rather than changing up workouts/exercises everyday. 4-6 week cycles work well😅🖤
