Two reasons I'll never go to the North Pole: -Have you ever seen The Thing? It's like Jaws scarring from ever going to the beach or Alien scarring you from going to space. -The idea of spending 3 months stuck with Sheldon sounds scarier than anything that happens in The Thing.

Despite Sheldon’s approach to telling Leonard to check the message, he’s not totally wrong about it being a social contract. You take the time to leave a message you should expect the recipient of said message to listen to the message.
It's absolutely criminal what this show did to Stuart as a character. I have never forgiven them for making him 10x more sad and socially inept than the rest of the guys as the series went on. The comic book shop owner is ALWAYS the coolest guy in any nerd group, he's accustomed to dealing with more types of people in a one-on-one basis, and in a town like Pasadena, YES he absolutely has all the connections to the celebrities of Nerdom, from writers and creators of comics to sci-fi tv shows to superhero movie actors. Stuart was cool and witty when we first got to know him. I hate that he was devolved into such a weird, inept guy. 😒
Penny didn't tell Leonard she did not want him to go because she did not want him to give up an opportunity he was clearly excited about just because of her. That's just the kind of person she is. Unlike Priya, Penny doesn't try to change who Leonard is and what he likes, and she doesn't try to stand in the way of career opportunities he wants to explore, and she doesn't judge his decision to explore such opportunities when they come up. That can be something of a problem later, unfortunately, as Leonard doesn't exactly do the same for Penny when it comes to her pursuit of acting and he passive-aggressively calls her judgement into question when she wants to give up a job that makes good money but she doesn't particularly like for an acting opportunity offered to her by Kevin Smith. But that's later. For now, Penny stood back and let Leonard be his own man and do his own thing.
Since you like drama so much, would you consider watching the fantasy fairytale drama, “Once Upon a Time?” I think you’d really enjoy it if you haven’t already seen it.

i feel for sheldon in the episode were everyone is away and he’s excited to get home and got locked out I went out drinking one night and didn’t get home until 6:30. i was soooo excited to get home and sleep. I had dropped my keys during the night somewhere and couldn’t get in and i had no money so i couldn’t call a locksmith to come out urgently i had to wait until the place that owns my apartments to come out and drill into my house. I had to lay on a stone slab for 3 hours 😭😭

Also, if I might make a recommendation. I don’t know if you’ve seen this show or not, but the guys mentioning the Heisenberg particle makes me wanna recommend the show Breaking Bad, as well as Better Call Saul. Better Call Saul is the prequel to Breaking Bad. But first, I do recommend at least the first two Seasons of Breaking Bad before checking out Better Call Saul! I’ve finally properly got into watching both shows, although I’ve been jumping back and forth between different episodes from different seasons. But I strongly recommend both shows, of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Both shows have a little bit of everything, from drama, seriousness, but also the right amount of humour in there as well! It’s got that right amount of balance! The characters are excellent, and very well portrayed, the storyline is hard hitting/heavy hitting, the characters as I’ve said are all very strong and well-rounded, and honestly? I think you may really enjoy them! Whether you react to them, or watch them on your own time, HIGHLY recommend them. I hope you have a nice weekend, and I hope all is well on your end 😊😇

It's actually notable that the combined runtime of all Star Wars movies now exceeds 24 hours so its impossible to watch them all in one day, a sad truth for Star Wars Day marathoners everywhere. Like Sheldon, if there's ever a reunion episode I hope to find out what he does for Star Wars Day now.
@@ItsTotallyCody There are only 24 hours in a day, there are more than 24 hours in the complete Star Wars movie runtime, staying awake longer than 24 hours won't change the fact that it takes longer to watch all the movies than it takes for the earth to perform one full rotation. And I can stay up longer than 24 hours just fine, getting to sleep at all regardless of how tired I fell has always been my problem.

Personally, with the next Batman thing, I'd go with Damian Wayne, since all the 3 main previous Robins eventually became their own superheroes - Nightwing, Red Hood, and Red Robin. But that's just me personally.

But DC resurrected him in the 2005 series "Under the Hood", where he became the anti-hero Red Hood. So with Dick Grayson becoming Nightwing and the resurrected Jason Todd becoming Red Hood, technically, neither of them can become the new Batman, as if you follow Sheldon's logic that Dick Grayson "cannot become Batman because he became a superhero in his own right", the same would follow with Jason Todd. Although I still consider Jason Todd to be dead.
Tim Drake also became a hero in his own right when he became Red Robin, so still a toss up anyway by that sense. Damon would be the logical choice as Bruce's son if he wasn't killed as well.
The "Hero in his own right" was more about Dick Grayson breaking out of the shadow of Batman, more becoming his own man, which was made a major point in the character. Not about just having a different costumed identity. Dick worked hard to become not Batman, and get away from Batman and Bruce Wayne and was estranged from Bruce for a long time. That was why he left Gotham to forge his own path.
