SHAMI KABAB RECIPE Near Then Savour Pulao Kabab Recipe| Recipe by Tahir Mehmood

Hello guys note 1 kg little kabab recipe for home kitchen.
beef..............500g
bengal gram.....300g
water.......500ml
salt to taste... 1 tbl spn
turmeric.....1 tea spn
red chilli powder.......1 tea spn
coriander powder......1/2
cumin.......1/2 tbl spn
round red chilli......5
green chilli paste 1 tbl spn or 7 chillies paste.
ginger paste...... 1 tbl spn
cook to all spices with meat and bengal gram for 45 mnt
chop your all spices.
coriander leaves......3 tbl spn
egg........ 1
bread crums as per requairment....
ghee as per requairment...
egg.................2 for dep fry coating

Brother is working hard and MashaAllah is very active, i wish the youngster of pakistan would learn from this hardworking man, lots of respect for him, specially in this age our body wants rest, i am old too and i know it is hard, i felt bad when he had to pick up that heavy tray almost 20lb, he should've help for heavy-duty work.

i have lots of respect for elderly, i am old too, my heart went out to see him pick up 20lb of tray, please brother ask someone else to do this heavy work, i know, u can do that but our spine can get damage and no one is going to replace our back for us.
My spine is very weak and bad, due to too much work, so please take care ur self because not many people will help us when we need, so keep ur back for urself.
