Mashallah :-) we make with gosht too, but don't add aloo. My daughter takes a shami kebab sandwich to school everyday since she started school! Only nani ke shami kebab, gosht waley ❤️ We used a food processor to mix up the gosht and daal so it's a nice texture, not smooth but reshey wali. I love how humble and homely your family all is mashallah xx
