Back in the early '90s (a time when Junoon, and Vital Signs rock bands were emerging), if you went to Savor and placed an order, the front counter person will use the microphone to pass down your order to the upstairs kitchen and the order will be delivered to the front desk through a feet wide escalator belt. It was amazing to see that food delivery system. After a long time, I traveled back to Pakistan in 2018, visited Savour Foods -Rawalpindi and they give free rice once you finish the Pulao. I hope this practice is still going on. Well look at them today, a true story of success where they never drop quality, quantity, process, timing, and hard work.
