That's one sweet looking Tacoma!!!! I really enjoy the lack of expensive sponsors on his build and the DIY functionality. I like the expensive stuff from sponsors that some of these other UA-cam channels show, but for the normal working man, you just can't spend that kind of money for the gear. Simple but works and good to get outdoors!!!

damn the slider extension prototype is an amazing idea, I had a long bed trd sport that I fit in perfectly but made a trade for a short bed trd off road and was considering a rooftop tent, but seeing this slider now opened more horizons
How tall are you? Im 6’2.5 was looking at a long bed for occasional truck camping.

I love your videos! I had a question sir! So with all the gear that you have do you ever worry about someone breaking into to your truck or anything like that when you're out backpacking? Reason I ask is because I went on a trip and came back to see 3 out of the 7 cars get broken into. Luckily my car was okay but unfortunately for the other they weren't so lucky. Hope to hear from you soon!

@@OffGridBackcountryAdventures Actually they probably can't 4x4 around too much there's no gas stations back there and these guys are both broke because no job and you can't fish & hike all day everyday there'd have to be more to life for me.
