Thanks for the video. I have the same make and model. My question is what brand of cv axles did you use? I hear there alot of aftermarket axles i should stay away from. Thank you, Erik
Did you lose or need to add any transmission fluid when doing this? I’ve replaced on another car before and the sec I pull the half shaft it just dumped all the transmission fluid and doubled the work.
Thanks for the video. What made you replace axles? I replaced tires, brakes and rotors and still can’t find the cause of a shimmy at 65 that increases w speed. Thinking of changing both axles, does it need alignment afterwards? My mechanic said he sees nothing ‘wrong’ the first garage told me tires, this garage said he couldn’t find anything just don’t drive on the highway. If I don’t find a solution soon, I’m trading it in. Lol.
I have 2015 Sedona and having the same freaking issue. I just spend half a day replacing driver side wheel bearing getting that North Eastern rust off, but go for a test drive and the wheel still vibrates at over 60. All components appear in good shape. I am looking into this cv axle business.
Thx for the video. I have to do the work this weekend.
I appreciate the video! Doing this job right now in my garage. 👍🙌

Thanks for the video. Nuts and bolts... not screws

Might be the hub bearing go to a shop that can check the runout on them
