I hope you are having a great week and are as excited about the long weekend as I am.
I have received so many requests to post a comparison video about the Chanel Beige Classic flap vs White. For the longest time I was afraid of adding these two colours in my collection, but I am so happy I have them now.
I received a few questions from you regarding the durability of the leather, colour transfer, whether the bags turn yellow over time, issues with the hardware, with what colours I style these bags and if I could only choose one, which one would I go for?
I will answer to all of these questions in my video and I hope that you will find it useful.

You are truly Chanel classic flap queen and has not converted to Hermes at least for now. I have both in small size and I adore both as they have different appeals. In terms of caviar leather and structure, the beige claire is an easy winner. White, on the other hand, just stunning, youthful and so cheerful as dream Chanel IMO. Great video as always.

You mentioned before you got more use out of the white one lately because it was easier to style, but there is a reason the beige is a true classic: sooo beautiful!
I totally agree. Just one addition, beige claire is Revolving series just like black, the structure of it is super solid and mostly in large grain caviar which is much superior quality than the seasonal small grain caviars.

hey which one would you recommend chanel medium classic black lambskin vs beige clair in caviar?
i have no luxury handbag let alone chanel. I want to add black but heard so many bad things about lambskin. I feel i want to add beige mini or woc. Black caviar is so expensive on preloved. please help me choose

As for the colour, I love them both, I would get the beige, because it’s so hard to find it and the right shade doesn’t come very often these days.

Yes definitely the black colour is more versatile. My first Chanel bag was in black. If I was asked the same question a year ago, I would say go for black but I changed my mind since Chanel started the new “game of impossible to get”, plus the true beige is so hard to find these days.

It’s depends on a batch hon. Some of my bags have it and some don’t, it’s quite random and doesn’t really mean anything
