They way jeepers creepers 2 ended with the dad waiting patiently, was hoping it would continue with that storyline
It possibly couldn’t because the way the storylines and timeline is set up the events in 1 and 3 take place before 2 that’s why in 3 you see a school bus leaving at the end presumably the school bus in 2 they never picked up on that story line because there wasn’t a 4th movie made the Jeepers creepers reborn 2022 is not based off the events from 1,2,3 it’s another story so we either are never getting a 4th movie or we will have to wait another 3 to 4 years
The series is not shown in chronological order.
The original script for the third one was originally going to be like that, with crush and the farmer working to kill the creeper once and for all.
However they could not get a big enough budget due to the disgusting controversy surrounding the director.
We were supposed to get that. Damn budget cuts got in the way! That’s why the bulk of this movie’s suspense scenes take place during the day, not at NIGHT like the first two entries. 🤦♂️
The order is 1,3 and 2.

Well the weapons he uses aren’t made from the normal world so they wouldn’t be made out of the same stuff that we use, like that knife from jeepers creepers 2 that when it hits it’s target, it becomes almost impossible to remove almost like it’s welded in place
@@ToppersTuxedo Yes but the difference is that the shuriken from JC 2 you are referring to actually looks like a deadly weapon that is not of our world. It is intimidating and awesome in its design. The spear we see here 1. Is so colorful that it doesn’t look like something he would use and 2. The blade is not remotely intimidating, it quite literally looks like it’s made of foam

The first Jeepers Creepers movie is one of my favourite horror films, the intro where the body wrapped in white sheets and rope with red stains on it, is thrown down the pipe, and are seen by the Creeper, is simply iconic. It is so well choreographed and the acting superb. Perfect formula for a light-hearted horror movie, and it does so without having to resort to shock gore that we see in so many other movies. The sequel was pretty good too, and for years have been checking to see when they were going to make the third. In fact, I only learned about the third movie a few months AFTER it was released, and having seen it I know why. I still enjoyed the movie, nonetheless.

Despite how shitty this movie was... I did enjoy seeing the original actor reprise his spectacular performance as the Creeper. Kudos to you Sir, despite the harsh criticism and the resurfaced controversy effects with the director.

I come to see this after Jeepers Creepers Reborn, and friend, when I saw Jeepers Creepers 3, I enjoy it, but with Jeepers Creepers Reborn I easily saw so many mistakes, a lot of people will see Jeepers Creepers 3 and say: heck, in the end it wasn't so bad after all.

This movie could have been better if the "Creeper" wasn't so in the open all the fucking time, my opinion in a horror movies is the "killer/monster" is always in the dark and where you least suspect, so him always being on screen is just not scary, its more of an action movie at this point.

@@Dyl482 It kinda takes away from the "unexpected/unknown" kind of tension, like for example in the 1st movie. the tension at least for me was the unknown of who/what was chasing the siblings, and when they revealed what he was, it was near the end and made it creepy/ scary. Or in the 2nd jeepers creepers where you never really knew where it was at first or throughout the movie because it would hide in the night sky, slowly picking off people/students. The reason why it was scary/creepy in previous movies I feel was the fear of the unknown, while the 3rd movie (at least from what I remember) was constantly on screen, essentially lessening that fear.

It was easier to just have him out in the open because day shots are cheap and so was this movie, it’s why we got like one night scene which is probably the best part in this weak entry.

I actually dig this movie. The first one is awesome and the second was good but this wasnt bad.
Why is this one so cheesy? The original had some cheesy parts and was a bit ridiculous near the end, but you really felt for the characters. When Derry dies you feel bad for Trish. The beginning of the first one is genuinely pretty creepy. They just made this one a damn joke.

This movie wasn’t terrible it definitely needed some improvements but it still had some good scenes not many good ones tho. WAYYYYY better than Jeepers Creepers Reborn without a doubt 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Also I really think they should do the same with Chucky get someone who knows what they are doing, respects the movies not the director but the movies, knows what comedy and horror mix really is, good practical effects and make a Jeepers Creepers tv show after the events of Jeepers Creepers 2. Honestly the guy who made the IT remake would be a could director for a tv show along with the people whose done Chucky season 1
