A Haunting in Venice is an upcoming American supernatural mystery film co-produced and directed by Kenneth Branagh from a screenplay by Michael Green, based on the 1969 novel Hallowe'en Party by Agatha Christie. The film serves as the sequel to Death on the Nile (2022) and is the third one overall in which Branagh portrays the Belgian detective Hercule Poirot.[2] The ensemble cast also includes Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, Jamie Dornan, Tina Fey, Jude Hill, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kelly Reilly, Riccardo Scamarcio, and Michelle Yeoh.

What did YOU think of A Haunting In Venice??
Brandon since you have reviewed Silence of the Lambs I have decided to share my list of top thrillers ever made.
1. Silence of the Lambs - A FBI officer seeks the help of a serial killer to catch another serial killer.
2. Reservoir Dogs - A group of robbers find that one of them is police officer after committing a robbery.
3. Death Note I and II - A young man finds a book which can help him kill people as he writes in it.
4. Gone Girl - A husband finds that his wife is not the woman he thought she was.
5. Rear Window - A injured man thinks he has seen murder from his window.
6. The Lady Vanishes - A old lady aboard a train vanishes but nobody remembers her except her fellow passenger.
7. Murder on Orient Express Original - Hercules Poirot is called to investigate the murder of man on Orient Express.
8. No Country for Old Men - A hitman desperately searches for a bag of cash he lost during a shootout.
9. Fargo - A police officer is determined to hunt down the killers of double murders in her town in Minnesota.
10. Hush - A deaf woman is stalked by a killer when she is alone.
11. Witness for Prosecution - A lawyer on verge of retirement takes up one last case.
12. Vanishing - A husband searching for his missing wife leads to a chilling revelation.
13. The Loft Dutch and Belgian - The apartment for secret affairs of 4 friends leads to chilling conclusion.
14. Infernal Affairs' - The police and criminals plant a mole in each others establishment.
15. Secret in their Eyes - A police detective is tormented by a 20 year old unsolved case.
16. Awake - A mother transplants her heart in her son to help catch his killers.
17. Set it Off - A group of 4 African American women try to steal a bag of cash to solve their problems.
18. Law abiding Citizen - A man unable to find to find justice seeks revenge on those responsible.
19. Blood Simple - A man hires a killer to kill his wife and her lover.
20. Misery - A famous writer is trapped by his biggest fan.
21. A simple plan - A simple plan by 2 friends to keep a bag of lost cash turns deadly.
22. Shallow Grave- A dead man and his bag of cash turns 3 roommates on one another.
23. Sleeping with the Enemy - A woman fakes her death to escape from an abusive husband.
24. Double Jeopardy - A woman plans to kill her husband the second time after she finds she was wrongfully convicted of killing him.
25. Match Point - An aspiring tennis player decides to kill his mistress after she reveals she is pregnant.
26. To Die For - A local news reporter seeking fame sets off a deadly game of death and deception.
27. Taxi Driver - A taxi driver decides to enforce vigilante justices.
28. Casino - The manager of a Casino finds himself with odds against his wife and best friend.
29. Memoirs of Murders - Two detectives try to solve a case of serial killing in Korea.
30. Double Indemnity - A wife and her insurance salesman lover kill her husband to claim insurance money.
31. LA Confidential - A group of detectives in LA try to find those responsible for killing of fellow officers.
32. Cache - A family is terrorized by a group of tapes left at their door steps.
33. Run Lola Run - A woman has 20 minutes to come up with a million dollars and save her lover.
34. Cellular - A broken phone is the only way a kidnapped woman can contact a young man and get her freedom.

That's too bad! It as a struggle for the first 20 minutes or so. What did you think of the other two if you saw those!
@@BrandoCritic murder on the orient express I need to do a rewatch. I don’t remember it. Death on the Nile I’ve watched twice. I had a little more intrigue with that one and I thought some of the characters were better developed. I wasn’t the biggest fan though of it still.

I watched both Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile. Liked both of them, but I personally liked Death on the Nile more. I am seeing this on Tuesday.

I liked it, it was a fun way to spend an evening but doesn’t reinvent the wheel.
It is about the most traditional closed room mystery you can get, so if you go in just expecting that you’ll have a good time.
As for the killer. Yeah I guessed the killer pretty early on, what their first motive was and the gist of how they were going about their first killing but not the exact weapon. Don’t know if it means it was too obvious or I cottoned on quicj

It’s not gory. There’s a few kills but, it’s pg 13 so there’s no blood.
It might be more "frightening" than gory
