I'm a big fan of documenting my photo shoots. One issue I run into is I am on these shoots on my own and need to film myself. The good news is, for the past year I've been strapping the insta360 go 3 to my forehead to give people my first-person perspective when on photo shoots. On top of that, I also use Insta360's One RS One Inch 360 camera to allow me to capture and reframe later.
The GO 3s is great to use to document your photo shoots, capture some action, capture angles you might not normally get due to it's size. And all and all, it's a great way to go hands free and capture the world around you.

How would you use this camera?
I use my go3 and acepro to record my day job (home installations) and make content out of my work. Thanks for recommending these cameras as they really help set me apart from others in my industry.
Clearly an excellent option for family holidays. Eg: I can clip this to my son’s tshirt and he can have a whale of a time filming his POV!
I wish this small form factor action camera had been available when my daughter was 3 ~ 4 years old. Watching chest cam videos from toddlers, I now comprehend why my daughter behaved in certain ways when she was a little baby; the world is vast and full of challenges for them.
Been using 1 inch 360 for couple of years now. Works like a charm but this would be even easier for post production to get the material faster to timeline etc.

I wonder how the heat transfer is in comparison to the original Go3? I use the original Go3 for my cats, same as Mr. Kitters, and would like to upgrade but am concerned with added heat now that it's 4K.

Is sweaty Jared really better in 4k over 2.7k. i have the go2, and its great for inconspicuous ffilming short clips or quickly mounting on a bike etc for unusual b roll. One question. On the first go2 it took a circular image that would allow for vertical or horizontal or fixing horizon in post which i love as there is no setup, just clip on and go. This one you spent a lot of time explaining how to properly frame the shot with the monitor, which is too bad as it defeats the whole reason for the go product imo. Thanks for the review and keep peddling 😊

Is there any possibility that the magnet could negatively affect the camera sensor or lens ? I’ve been thinking about a small pov cam like this while I photograph with my telephoto lens + camera

How is the Go 3 S in low light/indoors?
I currently own the GoPro Mini, while it's great, it's terrible in low light. I'm itching to pull the trigger on the Go 3 S, but was curious about low light results. Thanks!

4K is nice but not necessary for social media. I was bummed to hear the focal length got narrower. Going from a 35mm equivalent of 11mm in the Go3 to 16mm in the Go3s

I will tell you why I switched from 3 to 3s. Lens correction. No one is talking about it but 3S gives straight lines vs fisheye on 3. Look at some direct comparisons. Much better imho , especially in urban environments
Why is it like cameras like this and GoPros aren't as popular as they once were meaning I don't see the mainstream like regular consumers talking about them
That video looks a bit over sharpened and jittery with some micro movements (bad for eyes).. I STILL really don't like insta360 footage.. I might wait the Gopro hero 13 or the new DJI Action 5.

Use the full case for longer periods of recoding.

I absolutely loved the little clamshell holder/charger/remote that the insta360 GO2 comes in. I sincerely hope that they develop one for the GO3 series. It's protective to the entire camera+lens, and very convenient for carrying around. I am not much of a fan of that flip up action cam mod holder because when I want to use a real action camera, I use the Ace Pro or something else.
